Study On Management Of Green Construction For Super High-rise Building In China

In recent years,haze has become a lingering shadow in many cities,and haze control has also become a major event of social concern.The state council has launched the action plan of "pollution control and haze reduction,protection of blue sky".As a city seriously affected by haze,xi 'an has also increased its efforts in haze control year by year.As an important cause of haze,the dust generated by construction projects poses a serious threat to the surrounding environment,and the project construction will also cause energy waste,urban water pollution,noise pollution and other problems.Therefore,"green construction" is imperative.The green construction of super high-rise buildings comprehensively implements the scientific development concept of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and the basic national policy of saving resources and protecting the environment,which has significant social and environmental benefits and is the inevitable trend of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.In this paper,the background and significance of green construction management of super high-rise buildings are described in detail,the connotation and development trend of super high-rise buildings and green construction in China are analyzed,and the research status of green construction management of super high-rise buildings at home and abroad is compared,and the necessity of green construction research of super high-rise buildings is put forward.Secondly,based on the mining super-tall building green construction characteristics and the analysis of “the green super-tall building evaluation technology detailed rules”,green construction management plan and green construction management system is put forward for super-tall building green construction,and this paper also introduce several important super-tall building green construction technology;Finally,combined with xi 'an Greenland center super high-riseproject,this paper introduces the green construction management scheme,management system and green construction technology of the project in detail,and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the green construction of the project by using AHP--MF method.To sum up,this paper puts forward a green construction scheme and management system suitable for super high-rise buildings,providing certain theoretical research and practical guidance for the promotion of green construction of super high-rise buildings.The purpose of this paper is to attract more attention from the whole society and the industry to the green construction of super high-rise,accelerate the green process of project construction,realize the sustainable development of the construction industry,and finally achieve the unity of social benefits,environmental benefits and economic benefits.
