| With the continuous increase of high-voltage substations such as 500 kV substations and UHV converter stations in China ’s power grid,a large number of various kinds expensive primary equipment has been installed the substations.The safety and reliability of primary equipment directly affects the reliable operation of the power system The cycle-based power outage maintenance mode can no longer meet the daily maintenance work requirements.The detection technologies can complete condition monitoring,precise location of hidden defects and defect degree analysis of substation primary equipment under operating conditions.Infrared imaging technology,ultrasonic partial discharge detection technology,high frequency partial discharge detection technology,UHF partial discharge detection technology and ultraviolet imaging technology are playing an important role in avoiding equipment accidents.For different types of equipment and different fault types,various live test detections have their own adaptability.These technologies are currently used to diagnose faults of primary equipment.The research of adopting appropriate methods for specific primary equipment can improve the accuracy and speed of fault diagnosis technology.It has very important engineering practical value.1.The research of the background and significance by using various charged detection technologies is expounded in fault diagnosis of primary equipment in substations.The electrification detection is a non-blackout test in a short period of time,which is faster than power cut test.The basic principles,common methods and routine applications in the daily operation and maintenance of substation primary equipment by using electrification detection technology such as infrared imaging technology,ultrasonic partial discharge detection technology,high frequency partial discharge detection technology,UHF partial discharge detection technology and ultraviolet imaging technology are studied.The conditions for the use of several technologies in the field work are discussed.2.Methods for fault diagnosis of substation primary equipment using live detection technology are discussed based on the principles and methods of live detection.This part concludes three aspects of electrical equipment fault diagnosis mainly: semaphore collection and processing,equipment status identification,and fault diagnosis decision.It provides feasible solutions for analyzing the hidden defects of substation primary equipment.3.GIS,switchgear and auxiliary equipment are important primary equipment of substation.Two abnormal positioning and analysis of GIS by ultrasonic and UHF detection technology are discussed firstly.A switchgear abnormal positioning and analysis of partial discharge by using ultrasonic technology and an abnormal positioning and analysis of auxiliary equipment by using infrared imaging technology are discussed secondly.These applications show one or more live detection technologies can effectively find defects and deal with them timely.By important applications of several live detection techniques in fault diagnosis of substation primary equipment,the performance,application equipment,accuracy and speed of the live detection are verified.The test results found the most suitable live detection method.It has very important practical value for primary equipment fault diagnosis of substation in engineering practice. |
