The Turbine Governor is an important equipment in the Turbine Control system.The turbine regulating system of the pumped storage power station is a synthetic system including mechanical,electrical and hydraulic system.The governor mainly adjusts the rotate speed of the unit by controlling the opening angle of the turbine guide vane to accomplish tasks such as starting up,combined to the grid,stopping the unit and emergency shutdown.Therefore,the performance of the turbine governing system will directly affect the safely and stabilization of the unit and the grid.This topic is based on the actual needs of the Yixing Pumped Storage Power Station.Yixing Pumped Storage Power Station is a daily regulated pumped storage power station.Its original governor control system has problems such as old equipment and unreasonable network topology,which affects the safe and stable operation of power station units.Therefore,based on the actual situation,GE OC6000 e control system is selected to retrofit the governor control system.Firstly,we completed the hardware optimization design of the governor control system,including:network topology map,equipment power supply,signal layout,hard wiring lockout.Secondly,we used GE OC6000 e control software to copy the original control system logic,so that it has the functions required by the pumped storage unit,and optimize the functions including primary frequency regulation,fault recording,speed signal,man-machine interface,and so on.Finally,we complete the tests of the governor control system equipment such as the power on,signal test,static debugging,dynamic debugging,grid-connected operation test.In view of the network anomalies often occur in the old control system,the three-layer redundant network of control system is designed in this topic.The topology of the three-layer network makes a clear division of work and redundant configuration.At the same time,it satisfies the requirement of historical station establishment,clock timing and remote operation.Direct at the PLC failures of the governor control system may lead to high-speed closing,the hard contact signal independent of the PLC tachometer is serialized into the mechanical brake action circuit.In view of the problem that the AGC of the governor control system can increase or decrease the load during the primary frequency modulation action,we analyze the relationship between the monitoring system and the governor control system,and increase the frequency reverse blocking function.Aiming at the problem that the length of the Yixing Pumping Storage Power Station water diversion pipeline affects the primary frequency regulation performance,the primary frequency regulation action load is corrected bysuperimposing the fixed small load,which effectively improves the capacity of the unit to serve the power grid.
