In recent years,the scale and complexity of Panzhihua Power Supply Company’s power grid have been significantly improved,so the workload and requirements of relay protection business have also been improved.At present,the company only realizes the informationization of relay protection setting calculation management.In the relay protection setting order management business,the management methods of manual compilation,circulation and implementation are mainly adopted,which are more prone to human errors and reduce the quality and efficiency of relay protection work.In view of the above situation,this thesis designs and implements a relay protection rating order management system,which is specially designed for the information management of the rating order business flow process,and realizes the link series connection and security authentication among multiple business departments.The system mainly uses Java Web technology and Oracle database for design and development,the coding language includes JSP and Java,and through truncated NTRU asymmetric encryption technology to achieve digital signature and authentication in the process of each business link flow.In the system,it includes fixed value order change and start management module,fixed value order query management module,workflow analysis module,announcement management module and basic management module.Fixed value order change and enablement management module is the core module of the system,which realizes the process management and security authentication of fixed value order business.In the research work of this thesis,firstly,the business environment of the system is analyzed,and the research and development objectives of the system’s function,security and performance are inspected.Then the function design of the system is carried out,including the overall design,digital signature design,module design and database design,etc.According to the design results of the system,the function of the system is realized,and the concrete realization thought and process of digital signature algorithm are analyzed.The implementation process of each module is analyzed to show the operation effect.Finally,the system is tested,including functional and performance tests.The test results show that the system achieves the expected development goals.Through the application of the system,the company’s relay protection rating order management business can be fully covered,and the management process and methods can be digitized and informationized.Therefore,the application of the system can effectively improve the overall level and quality of the company’s relay protection work. |
