Recently,with the rapid development of economy and the constant pursuit of green transportation in China,the volume of railway cargo transportation presents a continuous increase,and there is a strong call for revolution in the mode of transport of goods.Container intelligent transportation is an efficient and cost-effective freight transportation mode,which plays an important role in promoting the rapid development and progress of logistics transportation in China.The suspended monorail transportation system has the advantages of low cost,fantastic adaptability and environmental protection.Furthermore,it also exhibits little influence from the surrounding environment.It has been used for more than 100 years in foreign countries as has been applied to container intelligent transportation,which may lead to some breakthroughs in the way of container transportation and is of great significance to promoting the development of the logistics and transportation industry.In this paper,it takes the intelligent transport freight D-train of modern container as the research object,according to the features of the structure of bogie,it has clear understanding on the internal connections of every component,and by means of the SIMPACK software,it establishes the simulated model of dynamic performance of freight D-train with the differential mechanism,and with the analysis and comparison on the technical features of different routes and connection with steel-concrete structure,finally,it confirms the level A road-surface spectrum in the national standard as the input excitation on the travel wheel and bogie of freight D-train.In this paper,the differences between freight D-train in suspension type and traditional railway vehicle are been analysed,and in accordance of the condition on the design technology of freight D-train in suspension type,it selects suitable evaluation index on dynamic performance to have evaluation on the simulated effect on the dynamic performance of freight D-train,and in the outcome of it,it shows that the all dynamic performances of freight D-train are lower than the tolerance range when it is moving on the straight line and passing the curve,so that it has good dynamic performance.In the long time course for service,the cable shape of the beam body of the track beam of the steel structure will have changes,which can have influence on the smooth of the road surface due to the irregularity of the period,so that it causes the intensified vibration of the vehicle and the increasing rate of wheel load reduction,and has influence on the dynamic performance of vehicles.As to the changes on the cable shape of track beam,they are mainly displayed as theuneven sedimentation of pier and the upwarp and downwarp pf track beam.By means of the superposition method,it can add the irregularity due to the changes on the cable shape of track beam to the road-surface spectrum of road wheel of vehicle.Besides,in this paper,it researches the simulated calculation and analysis on the influence of uneven sedimentation of pier and the upwarp and downwarp pf track beam on the dynamic performance of freight D-train in suspension type.In the outcome of simulated experiment,it shows that the irregularity of the period caused by the changes on the cable shape of track beam mainly has influence on the smoothness in the vertical direction,and it puts forward related advice on the tolerance range in accordance of the simulated outcome.As the main body and goods of the freight D-train in suspension type are suspended on the bottom of the track beam,the operation performance of it has strong response on the crosswind.In this paper,it has researches on the influence of crosswind on the dynamic performance of freight D-train.In the outcome of it,we can see that it mainly has influence on the size of angle of roll of the body of the vehicle under the function of crosswind,and puts forward advice on the speed of the vehicle under different levels of wind in accordance of the result.In addition,in this paper,it has simulated analysis systematically on the dynamic performance of intelligent transport freight D-train of modern container,has evaluation on the dynamic performance,and also it puts forward advice on the operation and maintenance on the vehicle and track beam in accordance of the result of the research.
