In the automatic production process,the application of the cam linkage mechanism is increasingly extensive,and people have higher requirements for the design of a set of high-speed excellent cams.Computer aided design(CAD)technology plays an important role in improving the efficiency of cam design and generating high-speed and excellent cam.Therefore,it is intensely important to design a cam-based end virtual system based on Solidworks.This paper takes the ZB machine as an example to verify the end virtual system of the cam,and studies the dynamic model of the high-speed cam linkage mechanism.1.Motion law and theoretical contour curve analysis of cam executive end.The characteristics and selection principle of the cam's end motion curve are analyzed.The block method is used to solve the cam linkage mechanism,which realizes the generalization of the solution process.2.Development of the whole machine cam end virtual system.With Solidworks as the development platform,VisualStudio2012 as the development tool,Microsoft Access2010 as the database,the C++ secondary development environment is built based on Solidworks.A CAD system for the whole set of cams is developed,which realizes the automatic simulation of the cam end and the parametric modeling of the cam.3.Verification of cam generated by the whole machine cam end virtual system.Solidworks is used to build the three-dimensional digital model of the ZB machine and assemble the cam generated by the whole machine cam end virtual system.The final model is imported into Adams for dynamic simulation,which verifies the correctness of the whole set of cams.4.Research on dynamics of cam linkage mechanism of high-speed machine.After the mnf neutral files of camshaft,swing arm and connecting rod are generated by Ansys,the rigid-flexible coupling simulation analysis is carried out by importing Adams.The effect of deformable parts on the accuracy of cam end-effector at high speed is studied.The vibration factors of the cam driving part are analyzed theoretically,and some suggestions to reduce the vibration are put forward.
