With the rapid urbanization in China,the contradiction of urban resource allocation has become increasingly prominent.Especially in traffic,due to the mismatching of job opportunities and housing supply,it tends to generate a large number of commuter traffic during morning and evening peak hours,which puts enormous pressure on the existing transportation system.The rail transit system has many advantages such as long distance,large traffic volume and high time reliability,so it has taken on a large amount of commuter traffic which put forward a severe test to the service capability of the system.Therefore,we need to study the relationship between structure and impact resistance,which has great significance to optimize the rail line layout and relieve the pressure of rail transit system.This paper mainly studied the overall connectivity of rail transit system using the Beijing rail transit system as an example,and established a complex network of rail transit system model based on the basic theory of complex networks,in addition,this paper put forward the computing method of the overall network efficiency and analyzed the anti-shock capability of the system through the change of the network efficiency in different network state.First of all,this paper discussed the rail transit system modeling method.because the rail transit system is composed of stations and network system which is similar to the form of complex networks,the stations were abstracted to nodes and the links between nodes were abstracted the sides of network during the modeling process.Based on this idea,a non-weighted network model was established using the Beijing rail transit system.we also did the empirical study and calculated the basic parameters of the network.Secondly,277 adjacency matrices were built according to the different state of the network(normal state,single node failure state),and the Overall efficiency of network in various states is calculated by MATLAB.In addition,we got the conclusions that the importance of the node in the rail transit system network relative to its relative position by comparing the change of the whole network efficiency with the degree distribution.Thirdly,this paper calculated the whole network efficiency and fitted a curve in different rate of spread and dissipation of large passenger flow.Then we can got the result that the reduction of the large passenger flow propagation rate and the increase of the mass flow dissipation rate can increase the stability of the system.Finally,this paper put forward the methods of improving the anti-shock capacity based on the research of the structure and anti-shock of the rail transit system.
