In terms of the composition of power generation in China,China's total thermal power generation reached 49,794.7 billion kwh in 2018,accounting for about 73.23% of the total power generation in the country,which is absolutely dominant The low price of thermal power will no longer become a strong competitiveness,which leads to thermal power enterprises to further weaken the technical transformation of the coal handling system.At present,many coal stackers in power plants are equipped with corresponding drivers to operate these equipments,which have great influence on human health due to bad environment,high concentration of dust and harmful gas Moreover,it requires continuous work of personnel on multiple shifts in order to ensure 24-hour uninterrupted operation.At the same time,manual operation often results in the storage capacity not being fully utilized,dust emission from work is difficult to be controlled,and the track of stacker is easily covered by coal piles How to improve the efficiency of stacker and reduce the labor cost has become the common urgent demand of all large-scale Coal Yard.In this paper,the feasibility analysis of the unmanned modification of the stacker which has been in operation for more than 10 years is made,and the working principle of the existing power system,electrical system and detection system of the stacker in a power plant is studied.The concrete scheme of the equipment transformation includes: The smooth ring optical fiber communication transformation(the original equipment is the optical fiber retractor),the stacker attitude detection system upgrade,the stacker attitude RFID correction,the stacker unmanned control logic writing and the stacker remote operation(upper computer)screen writing.In this paper,the non-contact Coding Measurement System based on magnetic field coupling technology is used to detect the main motion and attitude of Stacker,and the RFID technology is used to correct the attitude data of stacker VEGAPULS short-range microwave pulse radar is installed on the head and sides of the boom of stacker to measure the height of stacker and to carry out the anti-collision strategy Using 1756-L61 series processor and supporting I / O interface to complete the unmanned control logic,the control logic is used to solve the problem of idle movement of the old stacker mechanism and to solve the production accident caused by the ultra-high coal pile.Finally,the debugging of the unmanned control logic of the stacker and the screen of the upper computer are completed.The unmanned system of the stacker operates stably and accurately,which not only liberates the labor force of 6 operators,but also saves a great deal of manpower cost The cost of staying in port is greatly reduced,and the fixed-pile operation is completed,which effectively restrains the dust phenomenon in the operation,improves the Environmental Protection Index on site,and reduces a large number of environmental penalties.This paper provides a reference for the renovation of unmanned control system of the old stacker equipment.
