Research On The Georisk Of China's Foreign Project Contracting

Over the past forty years,China's foreign project contracting has increased rapidly,and the share of the international market has been improving.However,It also faced with many risks,especially in the underdeveloped regions.The Geographical relationship and Geographical environment of these regions are complex,which makes the China's foreign project contract face serious georisks.Georisk includes natural environmental risks and the political risk,economic risk and social risk caused by Geographical relationships.Georisk is complex and devastating,which has become one of the biggest risks of China's foreign project contracting.At present,Chinese government and enterprises do not know enough about georisks.Therefore,the government should shape international friendly image,establish legal and institutional system,and improve foreign investment service capability to improve the external environment.The enterprises should establish the georisk prevention and response system,strengthen the construction of the foreign public relations,enhance the capacity of the project claims,and train the international and compound talents so as to improve the ability to avoid and deal with georisks.
