With the development of travel and transportation and the increasing number of tourists,the city's scenic spots have become a hot spot.Due to the problems of insufficient planning and design,insufficient service supply and so on,there are confusion among the people in the tourist district,and frequent conflicts between people and cars.Therefore,the planning,construction and management of tourist districts are of great practical significance for improving the safety level of tourists' travel environment and promoting the development of cities with people as the core.This paper takes the topological attributes of the tourist block road network as the breakthrough point,through quantitative analysis of the flow characteristics of dense crowds in the road network,identifies the bottleneck sections of the tourist block road network,studies the bottleneck resolution methods,improves the level of management and control of the tourist block,and ensures the safety of tourists' travel.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzing the spatial layout types of tourist blocks,studying the causes of bottlenecks in the road network of tourist blocks,and determining the spatial and temporal flow parameters of the crowd in tourist blocks.Based on the spatial and temporal characteristics of crowd flow in tourist blocks,a logit-type SUE path selection model oriented to the spatial syntax of topological distribution is proposed to simulate the traffic distribution in the network topology.Considering the path time impedance,a non-linear BPR pedestrian resistance function is introduced to characterize the crowd congestion effect.Based on the change rate of time impedance disturbance,the bottleneck sections in the block road network are identified.(2)Based on the results of bottleneck analysis of road network in tourist districts,the resolve measures of bottleneck section of road network are put forward.Introducing the definition of node tolerance in network flow theory,three kinds of measures are determined,namely,expansion measures,truncation measures and down flow measures for bottleneck sections.According to the service level of each section,the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of measures are evaluated.Agent technology is used to simulate the process of crowd safety grooming and visually show the effectiveness of crowd grooming after the bottleneck section of tourism block road network is removed.(3)Taking the road network of Chongqing Ciqikou tourist block as the background,an example is analyzed.Based on the improved Logit SUE section selection model,the network flow is allocated,the impedance perturbation of each section is calculated and the bottleneck section is identified.The results show that there are three sections in the road network of Chongqing Ciqikou tourist block,two of which are serious congestion.The widening and truncation of these three sections can effectively avoid the congestion in the road network.However,the service level of some sections is not high,and the crowd control and coordination should be strengthened.
