Power transformer is one of the most important facility in power grid,Improving its short-circuit resistance can avoid the huge losses caused by short-circuit.Test verification is the most effective method to evaluate the short-circuit withstanding capacity of transformers,but it can't be used as a general method to guide the design and manufacture of transformers.Therefore,a special anti short circuit calculation software is developed and verified by real model test,which can greatly improve the design efficiency of transformer and improve the operation quality of power grid.Firstly,the reasons and calculation methods of short-circuit current and various kinds of electromotive force produced by transformer in sudden short-circuit test are studied theoretically,and two typical transformer winding instability forms are introduced.Then,Visual Studio visual software development tool is used to program and develop,and the calculation software is developed and explained.The checking calculation of transformer with short circuit is realized,and the feasibility of software is demonstrated.Secondly,a 50MVA/110 kV three-phase and three-winding transformer is selected for the research and performance analysis of the real model transformer.The first part introduces the basic parameters and main structure of the transformer.The latter part focuses on the verification and evaluation of the capability of transformer with short-circuit.The evaluation software is based on this project include the calculation of short-circuit current and the calculation of winding short-circuit strength.By analyzing the difference between the calculation results of professional software and this software,the accuracy and feasibility of the software are demonstrated again.Finally,the short circuit test of the real model transformer is mainly introduced.This paper mainly describes the whole process and control points before and after the test,and mainly summarizes and analyzes the test data of HV winding – LV winding and HV winding – MV winding short-circuit test,and compares the test results with the check results.Some problems and key points in the calculation and analysis of short circuit capability of transformer are analyzed and prospected.In addition,the future research value is prospected...
