China's economic development has entered an important period of strategic opportunities,and vigorously developing the construction of industrial parks is an inevitable choice that fits this strategic opportunity period and accelerates the process of new industrialization.At the same time,parkization is an inevitable choice for enterprises to go global and implement the “One Belt,One Road” strategy.Hunan Shenzhou Photoelectric Energy Co.,Ltd.'s main business PV industry is currently entering a cold winter,and exports are severely hindered.In order to get rid of the difficulties as soon as possible,the company has created a “Hunan Province New Energy Industry Demonstration Park”,hoping to realize the preservation and appreciation of land and increase the concentration of industrial land.value.Based on the actual operation of Hunan Shenzhou New Energy Industry Demonstration Park,this paper adopts the basic content and tools of the enterprise competition strategy theory,and starts with the internal and external environment of Hunan Shenzhou New Energy Industry Demonstration Park,and through the past references,data cases,etc.Comprehensive analysis of the marketing environment in which the company is located,STP analysis of Hunan Shenzhou New Ene rgy Industry Demonstration Park,found that the project should be based on the headquarters economy,with high-tech new materials and new energy industry as the left wing,and highly integrated production.The sex service industry is the right wing and giv es priority to the development of the industry.At the same time,the target customers are located at the headquarters of China,small and micro enterprises,and the headquarters of the new three board enterprises.Subsequently,propose marketing strategies,product strategies,strengthen leading industries,increase core enterprises,focus on the development of electronic information industry,biomedicine and health industry,advanced manufacturing(new materials,intelligent manufacturing,new energy),modern services(e-commerce,modern Leasing,headquarters economy,express logistics),while extending the core industry chain of the park,exploring upstream and downstream,and focusing on the development of Internet + industry;pricing strategy,using penetration pricing strategy,and price concession strategy;channel strategy,setting up investment promotion center Integrate investment resources;in terms of promotion strategies,plan from several aspects such as advertising promotion,personnel promotion,public promotion,and event promotion.Finally,safeguard measures were proposed from the aspects of organization,human resources and systems.This paper hopes to provide practical ideas and strategies for Hunan Shenzhou New Energy Industry Demonstration Park in response to the increasingly fierce market competition,and bring more market share and benefits to Hunan Shenzhou New Energy Industry Demonstration Park.At the same time,it is also used for reference by other industrial real estate companies.
