Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and opening up,construction industry in China has developed rapidly.As the building volume becomes larger and larger,the building structure and appearance become more and more complex,and the construction cost becomes increasingly high.The development of construction industry in China is enslaved to the thought of traditional construction cost management,and the work efficiency and management level are low,leading to the state of high energy consumption and low profit.The generation and development of BIM technology bring new ideas to construction cost management.Its core is to transform the organization and workflow of the project through architectural informatization,so as to effectively reduce the management cost and improve the management efficiency.Based on the current situation of large amount of project investment and extensive cost management in China,this paper studies the development of cost management theory and the research and application process of BIM technology at home and abroad through literature analysis.Focusing on the application of BIM,the following researches are mainly conducted:Theoretical research on BIM technology and construction cost management.Through the concept of BIM technology,related software,related standards,achievement delivery method and application status,etc.,this paper compares the difference between Glodon and BIM,and explores its application prospect in construction engineering.The concept,principle and method of cost management and cost control are described.Combined with the principle of PDCA cycle,the difference and connection of investment estimate,design estimate,working drawing estimate and completion settlement are analyzed,and the large cycle and small cycle are respectively applied to realize global control and fine control.The earned value method is introduced,professional evaluation indexes are set up and corresponding data models are established,which are applied to the construction stage to implement quantitative cost control.Status analysis and advantages summary of BIM technology in construction cost management.The characteristics of BIM technology in the application of construction cost management are summarized by sorting out the current domestic cases of BIM technology.Different attentions was paid from different participating parties andapplication depth was different in different companies.The application depth shows obvious regional distribution at the same time.Application obstacles of BIM,such as lack of standards,incompatibility of management mode,imperfection of enterprise organization and management structure and work management process,lack of talents and incompatibility of software are analyzed.Finally,through the comparison with the traditional cost management methods,the application advantages of BIM technology are confirmed,and the construction direction of using BIM technology for cost management is clarified.Study on measures to improve the application of BIM in cost management.In view of the application obstacles at present,this paper summarizes the relevant suggestions to improve the application of BIM.The integration of IPD(Integrated Project Delivery)and BIM technology is analyzed,and suggestions to promote its application are given.The traditional construction cost management organizational structure is improved,and the enterprise-level,project-level and operation-level organizational structure is defined.The work management process of construction enterprises is optimized,and the workflow of pre-planning,process control and stage analysis is put forward.Finally,the economic,technical,institutional and human resource guarantee for deepening the application of BIM is provided to promote the in-depth application in engineering projects.Case study.The application of BIM is analyzed by taking the slab ribbed anchor retaining wall at the abutment of Jiangjin Baisha Yangtze River Bridge as an example.Firstly,information such as schedule and cost are added on the basis of integrated BIM model to form the cost information base.Then,the application of the base in the cost management of preparation,construction and settlement stages is explored.At the same time,the actual cost is under control until the project cost control goal is achieved by PDCA dynamic cost control method.Finally,the economic benefits brought by BIM technology are analyzed from the aspects of labor,materials and construction period,and the erned value method is used to calculate the benefits and construction period benefits brought by BIM technology.This paper proposes a cost management method based on BIM,which can effectively solve the problems of information flow,poor coordination and poor change management in the traditional cost management during the construction stage.Regular use of BIM model is conducted to provide accurate data to check the amount and cost of various projects,through the evaluation of special indicators,the dynamic management of project cost and duration can be achieved,and the efficiencyand quality of cost management can be improved effectively.
