The hypersonic flight vehicle has the characteristics of fast flight speed,high degree of moderate ability,strong maneuverability and short reaction time.It has strong strategic and driving force.The hypersonic flight vehicle is one of leading subjects and hot areas of research in the world.The overall performance of the air-breathing hypersonic cruise vehicle(HCV)is affected by a variety of design parameters.Under hypersonic conditions,the specific impulse of scramjet is limited,and there is a lift-up barrier in the aerodynamic aspect,and the presence of the heat-resistant system makes fuel fraction difficult to improve.Therefore,the overall design parameters of the aircraft,lift-to-drag ratio,fuel fraction and other indicators are not high,and the factors are tightly coupled with each other in the hypersonic conditions.So,it not only need to consider single disciplinary factors,but also consider the integration of multiple design requirements in the overall design.First of all,starting with the overall performance voyage,the general per formance model of the aircraft is established by deriving the voyage formula of the variable speed cruise flight of the aircraft.Compared with the traditional voyage formula,the scope of use of each formula is clear.the anticipated range of influence of the lift-to-drag ratio,the specific impulse and the fuel fraction on the voyage are researched respectively,and the sensitivity analysis of the design parameters is conducted.Considering the influence of three factors and combined with the current technical level,the feasible region of the design parameters under certain conditions of the voyage is discussed.In the actual design of HCV,the three design parameters are not independent of each other,but mutually coupled with each other,so we need to combine the specific parameters of the adjustable configuration to study the coupling rules between the design parameters.Based on the theory of cone-derived wave,the shape model,aerodynamic model and quality model of the waverider have been established.,and the relationships between the performance index and the design parameters have been discussed,which lays the foundation for the analysis of the multi-factor impact analysis of the voyage and design parameters.Then,by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm,the design parameters of lift-to-drag ratio and the fuel fraction has been optimized,and the analysis of the multi-factor impact of the voyage and design parameters has been made.As a result,the coupling rules and change trend of the design parameters of the aircraft from near to far are analyzed.The study shows that with the increase of the voyage,the se lectivity of the lift-to-drag ratio is gradually smaller,the design parameters are gradually approaching the respective performance boundary.For the design of the aircraft,with the increase of voyage,the shape of the aircraft is gradually stereotyped,design parameters are gradually approaching the respective performance boundary,the coupling relationships are gradually obvious.Finally,as for the limitation of voyage,a scheme of voyage expansion is proposed.In this paper,the whole trajectory is divided into a boost phase,free-flight phase,glide phase and cruise phase.First,the voyage is designed and analyzed by the combined methods of Radau pseudo-spectral method and SQP(sequential quadratic programming)to optimize the whole trajectory,which can be used as a reference scheme for the mission profile design of hypersonic cruise vehicle.This paper studies the relationships between the overall performance velocities of HCV and the overall design parameters,such as aerodynamic layout,structural design and propulsion efficiency,and establishes the basic design and analysis models.The selectivity of the overall design parameters,according to the specific configurations and different voyage conditions,is provided in this paper.It also establishes the flight program of the HCV voyage expansion,which provides an important reference for overall design of HCV.
