With the rapid progress of human society,we are facing the dual pressure of energy exhaustion and increased environmental pollution.With the gradual developed technologies on distributed energy,combined heat and power,microgrid and Internet of Things,the integrated energy microgrid system with multi-energy coordination is gradually mature,providing technical support for effectively easing the energy crisis.Because the integrated energy microgrid can accommodate a variety of energies,efficient and reasonable configuration and operation of the integrated energy microgrid system are critical for higher energy utilization efficiency.In this paper,the island integrated energy microgrid(IIEM)is taken as the research object,and the model considering the characteristics of energy equipment,system configurations and operation optimization of IIEM are focused.The main contents of the research work are as follows:(1)The structure and corresponding simulations are first built for an IIEM.The available source energies and the demand of the IIEM system are first analyzed;Then,considering the actual situations in both the supply and demand sides,the structure of an IIEM is constructed according to the diversity of energy equipment,the coupling relationship between subsystems and the complexity of energy flow;The key components of the system are simulated and modeled.(2)The configuration of the IIEM is optimized based on a multi-group cooperated multi-objective evolutionary algorithm.The configuration optimization model of the IIEM built as aforementioned is first presented with the objectives of reducing environmental pollution,investment and operating costs,and increasing the penetration rate of renewable energy.An improved evolutionary multi-objective algorithm with multiple groups is presented to solve the strong constraints in the multi-objective model,in which,different scenarios of accessing the renewable energy are considered and analyzed.The final optimized solution is selected with AHP-TOPSIS method,and the simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the constructed model and the effectiveness of the optimization.(3)Operation of the configured IIEM is further optimized with particle swarm evolution algorithm.According to the configuration scheme obtained in content(2),the system operation optimization is further considered.First,based on the day-to-day forecast of renewable energy and load changes,a day-to-day operation model that involves minimizing operating costs,environmental costs,energy abandonment costs,and energy storage costs is built.The prediction curves of three typical daily loads and renewable energy in winter,summer and transition season are simulated,and the adaptive weighted particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to solve the optimization model.The experiment results illustrate the performance of the operation optimization.In summary,this paper studies the island integrated energy microgrid system step by step from three aspects: structure of an island integrated energy microgrid system,configuration optimization,and operation optimization.The experiment analysis show the feasibility of the simulated model and optimization.This thesis contains 69 figures,23 tables and 103 references.
