| The acceleration of the aging process has made China face unprecedented challenges.The increasing pressure on old-age care in major cities has also brought new opportunities for the development of the new-age old-age care industry.In order to cope with the increasingly serious objective trends of an aging society,innovating the development concept of the old-age service industry and providing diversified old-age services have become the key methods leading us to deal with the aging problem.With the increase of elderly care needs and changes in old-age care concepts,more and more new old-age care industry models that can provide diversified old-age care services have been spawned.Among them,urban old people go to the countryside for leisure and old-age care,which is widely favored by the old people and has gradually become a new kind of pension trend.Rural development of the old-age service industry has brought new economic growth points to the countryside and opened up a new idea for the development of the rural economy.However,in recent years,the old-age service industry developed in rural areas has mostly limited infrastructure and poor old-age environment."Farmhouse" without reasonable site planning.As the provided infrastructure and old-age services cannot meet the old-age group’s old-age needs,the rural old-age industry will eventually fail due to the low occupancy rate and idle waste of resources.Secondly,the existing research on the development and location of pension real estate is mainly concentrated in cities,the research on rural areas is relatively limited,and the evaluation of location is mostly qualitative research,and there is a lack of scientific quantitative methods to evaluate the rationality of the location program.In summary,from the perspective of architecture and urban planning,this paper attempts to summarize the evaluation system applicable to the problem of location selection for rural development of the elderly care industry,and formulate quantifiable evaluation standards for location evaluation,with a view to The site layout provides a reference.First of all,according to the social needs of the development of pension industry in rural areas and the needs of scientific research on site selection evaluation,the purpose andsignificance of the research in this article are clarified,and the research methods and framework are determined according to the research content.On the basis of relevant basic theories and existing research at home and abroad,understand the development status of rural pension industry and make relevant comments.By comparing the research methods of the site selection problem,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is selected as the core method of this paper,which lays the foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,through the analysis of the successful rural elderly care cases,the five basic impact levels that affect the elderly care site selection are summarized and used as the basic framework for site selection evaluation;through literature and regulatory data review and frequency statistics,37 influencing factors are screened out Categorized into corresponding impact levels.The questionnaires were used to investigate the factors that affect the evaluation of elderly care site selection.Based on the factor analysis of the 175 valid questionnaires recovered,six public factors were extracted,and the basic framework was adjusted to six basic impact levels."Natural environment-infrastructure-socio-economic";using the principal component analysis method to further select 27 influencing factors as the final site evaluation index.Based on this,a site evaluation hierarchy system consisting of 1target layer,3 criteria layer indicators,6 element layer indicators,and 27 index layer assessment indicators was established,and then the weights of each indicator were determined using Delphi method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Develop evaluation methods.Finally,taking the site selection of the Xinli Town pension project in Panjin City,Liaoning Province as an example,the site selection evaluation model was applied to the evaluation of the site selection scheme of the Xinli Town pension project to verify the rationality of the site selection. |
