Supply Chain Financing Mode Dominated By Core Enterprises And Its Effect Analysis

The number of small and medium-sized enterprises accounts for a large proportion in China,which also plays a key role in China's economic development.However,the information system of most small and medium-sized enterprises is not perfect,the financial structure is not reasonable,and the fixed assets are less,which leads to the problems of financing difficulty and high financing cost.The traditional financing methods can not meet the existing financing needs of enterprises,and the financing gap is large.This paper solves the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of core enterprises,using the characteristics of supply chain to seek more funds for enterprises.The implementation of supply chain financing can strengthen the overall management and construction of logistics and capital flow,and enhance the internal value of enterprises.Compared with traditional financing,supply chain financing has become a hot topic in the field of supply chain management.At present,most of the literature is from the perspective of small and medium-sized enterprises or commercial banks,ignoring the important role of core enterprises in it;at the same time,it is less to evaluate the effect of the financing mode of core enterprises,so this is the reason why this paper cuts in from the perspective of core enterprises.The research methods of this paper are mainly literature research and case analysis.(1)In the aspect of literature research,this paper studies the theory of supply chain financing,including transaction cost theory,information asymmetry theory and supply chain management theory.Starting with the background and significance of supply chain financing mode,this paper explains the development prospect of supply chain financing in China at present.Then,it combs and analyzes the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars and summarizes the previous studies Based on the research results,this paper summarizes the research methods and the framework of research ideas,and leads to the related concepts and models of supply chain financing dominated by core enterprises.(2)In the aspect of case analysis,it first introduces the general situation of Midea Group from the aspects of company profile,organizational structure and supply chain application.This paper analyzes the motivation of Midea Group's implementation of supply chain financing mode,and then analyzes the specific process of Midea's implementation of supply chain financing mode in detail.It also analyzes the effect of the model from the perspective of Midea itself and upstream and downstream enterprises.Finally,based on the analysis of the above,this paper summarizes the problems and reasons of Midea's implementation of this mode,and concludes that Midea Group's implementation of the supply chain financing mode effectively copes with the upstream and downstream financing problems,and proves that this mode has a positive effect on the production and operation activities of core enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises,which provides a case reference for the study of supply chain financing theory in China.This paper takes Midea Group as the case study object,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Midea Group effectively copes with the upstream and downstream financing problems by implementing the supply chain financing mode,so that all participants can save time together,reduce capital waste,and consolidate the cooperation between enterprises to avoid trust crisis.(2)From the perspective of core enterprises to study the supply chain financing mode,highlighting the role of core enterprises and the whole process throughout the supply chain.(3)From the perspective of Midea itself and upstream and downstream enterprises,this paper evaluates the effect of supply chain financing mode,focusing on the analysis of the whole supply chain,and proves that this mode has a positive effect on the production and operation activities of core enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises.
