| Industrial heritage is the precious wealth left by mankind through a long historical process.It not only leaves us with material cultural heritage such as industrial buildings and industrial equipment,but also intangible cultural heritage such as rich industrial memory and craftsmanship.It is human The witness of civilization and historical development,its historical value,social value,scientific and technological value and artistic value have been universally valued worldwide.Jingdezhen City,as a worldrenowned porcelain capital,has a history of more than 2,000 years of smelting and pottery making Jingdezhen City leaving many ceramic industry heritage.With the announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s national industrial heritage list,several industrial heritages in Jingdezhen City have been announced successively,the government has paid more and more attention to the reuse of industrial heritage.Since the original Cosmic Porcelain Factory of Jingdezhen City in 2016 successfully transformed into the Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative District,Nirvana was reborn and the ceramic context continued.The government began to consider using this as a benchmark to use more industrial heritage and hope to break the development of Jingdezhen ceramic industry Dilemma.In 2019,when the State Council agreed to establish the "Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Heritage and Innovation Pilot Zone",Jingdezhen ushered in a new era of development and ushered in opportunities for the city to revitalize its industrial heritage.This paper uses ArcGIS spatial analysis method,questionnaire survey method,AHP analytic method and IPA satisfaction analysis method as the starting points to study the current status,heritage development value,development conditions,and tourist satisfaction of Jingdezhen ceramic industrial heritage.Provide strategic guidance and optimization suggestions for the development and reuse of ceramic industrial heritage in Jingdezhen to avoid subjectivity and blindness in the subsequent heritage development process.The research in this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:From the characteristics and current status of the ceramic industrial heritage in Jingdezhen,the city’s ceramic industrial heritage lasts for a long time,covers a wide range of industries,and has a large number.The distribution of industrial heritage shows a process from dispersion to urban agglomeration and then outward diffusion over time.However,there are still a few problems in the status quo: first,the protection of industrial heritage is not strong,and the scale of protection is different;there is no special industrial heritage protection list,and modern industrial heritage faces a huge risk of destruction;second,the Weak awareness of industrial heritage protection,inadequate value recognition,low participation of ordinary people,and lack of relevant local government laws and regulations on industrial heritage;Third,the current form of development and protection is single.The development is mainly carried out in the form of cultural and creative industrial parks,and there are insufficient forms of industrial and cultural theme parks and commercial complexes.Fourth,the excavation and protection of industrial heritage are not comprehensive.The existing industrial heritage is mainly concentrated in the Zhushan District of the central city.The industrial heritage should be actively explored and explored.AHP hierarchy analysis was used to build a comprehensive evaluation system for the development value and development conditions of Jingdezhen ceramic industrial heritage.After comprehensive evaluation of the existing ceramic industrial heritage in Jingdezhen,the city’s ceramic industrial heritage should be divided into key development and priority.There are four levels of development,back-up development,and temporarily undeveloped,which correspond to the first,second,third,and fourth levels of industrial heritage resources,and they should be graded and used according to their importance in the future development process.There are three first-class industrial heritages,whose resource development value and development conditions are the best,and should be the first to be developed and re-used.There are 13 second-level industrial heritages,and resources should be developed with better value and development conditions.Among them,there are 7 modern industrial heritages,and the resources with the best qualifications of the same type of industrial heritage should be focused on development.There are 6 third-level industrial heritages,and the value of resource development and development conditions should be used as backup resources for development.After sufficient funds and high-quality resources have been successfully developed,they should be transformed and utilized;30 fourth-level industrial heritage resources belong to the city’s development value Resources with the lowest development conditions should not be developed for the time being.Based on the IPA satisfaction analysis method,the evaluation and analysis of the updated and reused Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative District(formerly Universe Porcelain Factory)in Jingdezhen City,Among the currently developed methods,the historical style of the old factory is displayed,the industrial heritage transformation methods(architectural design,lighting color,etc.),the richness of trading space,the integrity of internal infrastructure,the sanitary environment of the park,local social order,and hospitality Degrees,these 7 indicators of tourists are more satisfied.But there are still some problems: first,the industrial heritage development should pay attention to the preservation and reuse of authenticity.Second,the industrial heritage development process should highlight the intrinsic connotation and pay attention to the popularization and explanation of relevant industrial and industrial heritage knowledge.Third,the development of industrial heritage should not be too isolated,and it should be developed in conjunction with other tourism resources in the city.Fourth,the current commercial and entertainment atmosphere of industrial heritage development is too strong.We should focus on shaping the cultural and educational value of the park to meet the needs of consumers.Fifth,the city’s infrastructure should be improved,the city’s external traffic construction should be actively promoted,and tourist markets outside the province and abroad should be explored. |
