The primary permanent magnet linear motor is a coil and permanent magnet arranged on the side of the rotor,the stator side only slotted iron core,very suitable for low-cost long-stroke operation.But the traditional streamer or slip touch power supply limits the type of motor to promote the application.In this paper,non-contact induction power transmission(ICPT)way to the primary permanent magnet linear motor power supply,with low cost,load capacity,travel not limited and so on.According to the load characteristics of the primary permanent magnet linear motor,the requirements of the ICPT system for stable transmission power and constant output voltage are mainly studied.Firstly,according to the working principle and load power of ICPT system,the power rectification and filtering circuit,high frequency inverter circuit,load end rectification and filtering circuit and transmission coil structure are designed.The principle and function of the ICPT compensation structure resonant circuit are analyzed.The new SP-LCL compensation structure is proposed,and the circuit is analyzed.The constant current and constant voltage transmission characteristics are obtained.Analyze the effect of changes in parameters on the output characteristics of ICPT.Then,the simulation experiment model is established,and the ICPT output voltage and the change of the transmitting coil current are analyzed in detail through the experimental results.A control experiment was added to verify the SP-LCL compensation structure,the input current has better stability,and the distortion rate is smaller.Finally,the selection of IGBT,rectifier diode selection,control circuit chip and other components,design of the primary permanent magnet linear motor,complete the experimental platform construction.The constant current and constant voltage characteristics of the ICPT system based on SP-LCL compensation were verified by experiments.
