The irrational use of fossil fuels has brought about the greenhouse effect,increased the number of haze days,and worsened the human living environment,prompting people to seek environmentally friendly new energy sources that can partially replace or even completely replace traditional fossil fuels.As a clean energy technology,biomass pyrolysis liquefaction technology has attracted wide attention in recent years.Pyrolysis oil has the potential to replace traditional fossil energy in the field of fuel and chemical industry.In this paper,eight kinds of biomass with different effective hydrogen values were studied,which were converted into pyrolysis oil by pyrolysis,and then the pyrolysis oil was hydrolyzed with a catalyst to improve the quality of the oil.The main research contents include:?1?The effects of reaction time on the distribution of biomass pyrolysis products with different effective hydrogen values and the properties of pyrolysis oil were investigated.The results showed that the reaction time had a certain effect on the yield of pyrolysis products,the yield of biomass pyrolysis oil with high effective hydrogen value was also high.The main component of pyrolysis gas is CO2,algae pyrolysis oil contains more nitrogen compounds.?2?The pyrolysis of biomass with eight different effective hydrogen values under different gas atmospheres was investigated.The results showed that the yield of pyrolysis gas was the lowest under the CH4 gas atmosphere with the participation of H2,N2,CO2 and CH4.Basically,biomass with a higher H/Ceff ratio would produce a higher pyrolysis oil yield and a lower solid yield.Furthermore,biomass with a higher H/Ceffff ratio would produce a pyrolysis oil with higher saturated hydrocarbon content.In contrast,biomass with a lower H/Ceff ratio would produce a pyrolysis oil with higher content of ketones and phenolic compounds.?3?eight different effective hydrogen biomass pyrolysis oils were studied under different conditions.The results showed that the addition of H2,Pt/C,Ru/C and tetrahydronaphthalene could improve the quality of pyrolysis oil and reduce the content of N,O and S in pyrolysis oil,effectively inhibiting the formation of carbon deposition in the reaction process.Compared with pyrolysis oil,the upgraded oil had increased saturated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons,and the aldehydes and ketones were reduced.The effect of catalyst on the hydrophilic group of carbonyl in pyrolysis oil made the phase separation of pyrolysis oil with high water content.
