The loss of life and property caused by failure of equipment components in major engineering fields such as transportation,energy and chemical industry is countless.It is one of the urgent problems in modern industry to monitor the thickness,the thickness change rule and the residual life of equipment components.The thickness detection technology based on inductive technology is more and more widely used in industry,in which the research on inductor thickness sensor detection system is the main focus and challenge.Based on inductive technology,this paper mainly studies and designs the thickness detecting system.The main contents are as following:Firstly,the requirement analysis of thickness measurement system based on inductive technology is carried out and the architecture of the detection system is designed using the general linear topology structure and then the free axis voltammetry is used to design the data acquisition core module of the detection system.Secondary,the hardware design and simulation of the thickness measurement system based on inductive technology are carried out.STM8 L is adopted as the main control chip to design the digital processing part of the hardware system.The induction-voltage converter circuit is designed by using automatic balance bridge,which ensures that the current flowing through the measured resistance is the same as that of the inductive sensor.By adopting the direct digital frequency synthesis technology,the PWM and DAC functions of STM8 L are used to generate the sine wave excitation signal and the two-way forward quadrature wave signal required by the back-stage switch phase sensitive detection circuit,which simplifies the circuit layout.The signal amplification circuit is designed by adopting the programmable gain amplifier(AD8231),and its high common-mode rejection capability is used to improve the measurement accuracy.The high speed analog switch SGM44599 is used to design a switched phase-sensitive detection circuit,in order to separate the real part and virtual part of the vector voltage and simplify the circuit structure.ADS1243,a 24-bit high precision A/D converter chip,is used to design the A/D converter circuit,and its high resolution is used to improve the measurement accuracy.The hardware circuit system is tested and optimized by computer simulation.Then,the software design of the thickness detection system based on inductive technology is carried out.C language is adopted to design the lower computer system program,including signal source generation program,SPI communication program,USART communication program and digital filtering program,etc.The Kalman filtering algorithm is used to design digital filtering program to reduce interference and improve the stability of the test results.The upper computer software system program is designed using LabVIEW to realize data interaction,remote control and other functions.Finally,the thickness detection system based on inductive technology is built.Combining with engineering application experiments of the corrosion rate detection and new energy automobile brake detection,this system can achieve the desired design,which lays the foundation for further optimization design and application.
