With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,motor vehicles have already entered millions of households,and the substantial increase in car ownership has made the form of traffic safety even more severe.According to statistics,the average annual number of traffic accidents in China reaches 8 million.Frequent traffic accidents have also brought more and more disputes.Under this background,people increasingly need a technical means to preserve the evidence of accidents.,Used to restore the scene of the accident,qualitatively handle the responsibility of traffic accidents.The application of video surveillance storage system in the transportation field has led to the emergence of driving recorder equipment with the function of recording motor vehicle driving images.When a traffic accident dispute occurs,the video recorded by the driving recorder can provide strong evidence for the qualitative analysis of the traffic accident;at the same time,the monitoring function of the driving recorder can restrict the driver's behavior during the road driving to a certain extent,and avoid driving due to driving.The traffic accidents caused by the misbehavior of employees have effectively reduced the pressure on the traffic management department.In this study,based on the application requirements of the driving recorder,combined with embedded technology,network technology and video codec technology,a storage solution based on 4G network video surveillance storage system is designed.This solution has the characteristics of local storage,cloud storage and remote live broadcast monitoring that are different from traditional driving recorders.It also has the advantages of low frame drop rate,high security of accident video data and high utilization of storage space.The specific work includes the following three points:(1)According to the video characteristics of the driving recorder,starting from the two dimensions of the working mode of the disk and the storage method of the video stream,a full storage video is designed to use the circular storage mode,the alarm storage and the frame saving video are linear storage mode Local storage solution.Based on this storage solution,the software design of the local storage module is realized.Among them,in order to solve the problem of video frame lossand delay,a memory-based video stream ring buffer library is specially designed to effectively solve the problem of video frame loss and the multi-task sharing of video stream data.In this technology,more Task concurrency technology realizes a real-time and efficient recording function module,which improves the efficiency of multi-channel video storage at the same time.(2)Aiming at the requirements of network storage and remote live monitoring and control functions in storage solutions,a transmission mechanism combining RTMP streaming media protocol and MQTT message control protocol is proposed.Based on this mechanism,the service program of the client is designed to realize the uploading of alarm video and remote live monitoring function.The networked storage of alarm video further improves the security of accident video data.(3)The storage solution researched in this topic has been studied and tested in terms of storage space utilization rate,frame loss rate,etc.Compared with the storage solution of the traditional driving recorder,this paper proposes a networked storage solution with multiple storage methods It has the advantages of high storage space utilization rate,low frame loss rate,and high data security.
