The adjustment of energy structure has become a strategic task for the long-term development of China's power industry.According to the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the current national conditions and economic status,it is necessary to promote the development of smart grid,expand the scale of clean energy generation and its absorption market.With the active promotion of energy internet,it provides a basis for the development and utilization of clean energy.In order to meet its development needs,the unit interconnection of the production,absorption and conversion of distributed renewable energy is addressed.Developing key equipment with low cost and high performance has become a key problem to be solved.At present,the operation research of Distributed Renewable Energy access to AC/DC hybrid distribution network system has been widely concerned by scholars.In this paper,the energy efficiency analysis of AC/DC hybrid distribution network with power electronic transformer,the optimal operation with the objective of minimizing network loss and the utilization rate of distributed renewable energy are studied.First,the basic working principle of power electronic transformer is studied and analyzed,the structure and function of power electronic transformer are briefly described.By enumerating some typical topological structures of power electronic transformers,the current topological structures which are widely used according to their functions and practical engineering development requirements are introduced.The basic structure and control mode of power electronic transformer are analyzed.Second,the energy consumption of power electronic transformer is studied.Power electronic transformer loss calculation is an essential part in the analysis of AC/DC hybrid distribution network loss.Taking the structure of power electronic transformer as an object,the energy consumption module of power electronic transformer is analyzed.According to its operation characteristics,the influencing factors and parameters of loss are concise.Finally,the calculation formula of energy consumption is integrated to determine the theoretical model of energy consumption calculation.In order to verify the correctness of the model,the power electronic transformer model is built by PSCAD,and the feasibility of the topology structure is verified according to the operation data of the actual equipment.On the basis of the feasibility of the simulation structure,relevant data are extracted and the loss model is simulated and verified with MATLAB.Based on the simulation results,the main factors affecting the energy consumption of power electronic transformer are analyzed,and the corresponding measures to reduce energy consumption are put forward according to the characteristics of energy consumption distribution.Third,the optimal operation of AC/DC hybrid distribution network with power electronic transformer is studied.Taking the minimum loss of the AC/DC hybrid distribution network as the objective function,the optimization model of power coordination and mutual benefit is established.This paper studies the optimal operation of AC/DC hybrid distribution network with power electronic transformer based on genetic algorithm,and uses Newton-Raphson power flow calculation method to calculate and analyze.An improved standard 33-node distribution network model is adopted,and distributed generation and power electronic transformer are added to construct AC and DC network system for power flow analysis.By comparing the operation of AC network with traditional distribution transformer,it is verified that power electronic transformer can improve the power flow distribution of AC/DC hybrid distribution network by controlling port power and port voltage,realize the functions of reducing network loss,improving the voltage level of distribution network and improving the utilization rate of distributed DG.Last of all,the research results are summarized and analyzed,and the future research directions are prospected.
