The automotive industry as a whole has entered a state of micro-growth,and the growth rate has dropped significantly compared with the previous decade.With the abundant products of various automobile manufacturers and the increasingly fierce market competition,some products are particularly popular at the sales end and some products are unsalable at the same time.The change range of production-sales forecast is increasing.At the steel supply end,there are some difficult problems,such as long supply chain cycle,high channel inventory and slow response speed.CPFR is a common goal for all parts of the supply chain through the integration of the roles of each link in the supply chain,which seeps the collaborative action into the performance level.The advantages and characteristics of CPFR fully meet the competition requirements of the current automotive market,which can help enterprises to enhance the flexible production capacity of the supply chain,reduce the cost of the supply chain,and thus gain competitive advantage.Based on the research of CPFR related theoretical literature and the development experience of related enterprises,this paper analyses the characteristics,advantages and related application conditions of CPFR.Aiming at the current situation of steel purchasing and supply chain of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Car Company,this paper analyses the outstanding problems and causes of the problems in the supply chain.Firstly,this paper expounds CPFR theory and delayed differentiation theory.On the basis of consulting relevant literature,it combs the current situation of CPFR development,combines the current situation of Dongfeng Nissan steel purchasing and the causes of problems,and establishes the overall direction of using CPFR to construct the management system of Dongfeng Nissan steel.Then,through the study of the implementation process and method of CPFR,this paper analyses the information sharing strategy,supplier selection and management strategy based on CPFR.Through several steps of collaborative planning,joint inventory management,collaborative forecasting and collaborative replenishment,the CPFR management system suitable for steel purchasing of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Car Company is constructed.Finally,this paper evaluates and analyses the implementation effect of CPFR in steel purchasing of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company,summarizes the purchasing cycle,inventory situation,ordering funds,futures execution rate and so on,analyses the implementation effect and advantages of CPFR,and looks forward to the follow-up research.In the process of building the CPFR system of steel purchasing in Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company,this paper has always been based on the changes of consumer market terminal and material demand of the main engine factory to improve the overall level of the supply chain of Dongfeng Nissan steel purchasing supply chain in the aspects of collaborative planning,collaborative forecasting and collaborative replenishment.Reduce the company's capital costs and operating costs,on the other hand,strive to improve the supply chain flexible production and supply capacity,thereby enhancing the steel supply chain supply capacity,reducing production and supply cycle,shortening customer waiting time,improving customer satisfaction,enhance the overall competitiveness of the company.
