Analysis And Control Measures Of The Impact Of The Enterprise Owned Power Plant On Dongguan Power Grid

In recent years,with the arrival of the new era economic tide,many enterprises have built their own power plants,which has brought convenience to the company's production.However,the units of self-contained power plants are usually small capacity units,and the operation of small units in isolated grid is very unstable,which often needs to be incorporated into the large grid operation.The grid connected operation of a large number of self-contained power plants not only brings pressure to power grid frequency and voltage regulation,power supply reliability,protection configuration and other aspects,but also further increases the risk of power grid operation.From the perspective of Dongguan Power Grid,this paper first introduces the development of Dongguan Power Grid,the overall situation and operation mode of each self provided power plant.Secondly,from the aspects of frequency and voltage,secondary configuration,dispatching and operation,combined with several accidents in Dongguan in recent years,this paper analyzes the impact of self provided power plant on Dongguan Power Grid.After the self-contained power plant is connected to the grid,the active and reactive power output of the power plant is always subject to the production task,which brings great difficulties to the frequency regulation and voltage regulation of the power system.The active network increases the complexity of protection setting calculation,setting coordination and safety automatic device,which brings difficulties to grid dispatching.Especially in the accident handling,if the self-contained power plant forms isolated network operation,it may cause non synchronous closing,which brings harm to the power grid.Finally,this paper puts forward the prevention and control measures of Dongguan Power Grid,including system agreement,operation remarks,secondary configuration,etc.Through these measures,the management of the self-contained power plant is standardized,which is convenient to control the key nodes of the grid connected operation of the self-contained power plant,reduces the complexity of setting calculation,protection coordination and self installation,and provides a guarantee for the reliable operation of the power grid.
