| With the increasing demand of people,synchronous motion technology has also been increasingly popularized and improved,and has been applied to all walks of life.Synchronous motors are one of the typical components of a volume-controlled hydraulic synchronizing system.It is mainly suitable for large and medium-sized,slightly biased or slightly changed hydraulic systems of load machinery with high synchronization accuracy and high reliability requirements.The research content of this paper is based on the multi-output characteristics of the "double stator" theory proposed by Professor Wen Desheng of Yanshan University,which is a new type of synchronous motor with integrated multi-input and multi-output characteristics.The synchronous multi-motor includes a parallel synchronous multi-motor and a proportional synchronous multi-motor,which improves the component mass ratio power and broadens the application range of the hydraulic circuit.Taking the 3-3 proportional synchronous multi-motor as an example,the paper analyzes its structural characteristics and working principle,and explores the synchronization mechanism of the external motor in parallel,which provides a basis for the subsequent improved multi-motor improved design.Based on the structural characteristics of the synchronous multi-motor,a mathematical model of instantaneous flow,geometric displacement,and leakage of the inner motor and the outer motor portion is established.The factors affecting the instantaneous flow are obtained and the main parameters affecting the leakage are determined.Finally,the viscous friction loss of the tooth tip and gear end face of the component with the liquid was analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for selecting a medium suitable for system operation.By comparing with the application of the traditional synchronous motor,the corresponding rules of the N-N proportional synchronous multi-motor can provide the maximum number of equal-diameter cylinders and unequal-diameter cylinders.When the internal and external motor displacement coefficient c(28)2,the law of the maximum number of simultaneous synchronous movements of two series of proportional synchronous multi-motor pairs of equal-diameter cylinders.At the same time,the supercharging characteristics of 1-1 proportional synchronous multi-motor,2-2 proportional synchronous multi-motor and N-N proportional synchronous multi-motor synchronous two unequal cylinders are summarized.The transmission system of 1-1 proportional synchronous multi-motor and 3-parallel multi-speed motor and the transmission system of 3-parallel synchronous multi-motor and 1-1 proportional multi-speed motor are built.Through theoretical analysis,it can meet more kinds of actual working conditions.The AMESim simulation software was used to build a synchronous system simulation model of 2-3 proportional synchronous multi-motor control of two unequal cylinders.The simulation analyzes the pressure characteristics and flow characteristics of the oil entering the actuator under different pressure difference of the actuator and the presence or absence of the sequence valve of the actuator,and analyzes the variation of the displacement difference of the actuator under different conditions.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the designed synchronous multi-motor in practice,the component was verified by the laboratory equipment. |
