Sleeve valve as an important component of industrial pipeline control system,its regulating performance directly affects the control effect of the whole piping system.In practical work,the flow characteristics of sleeve valve and the dynamic characteristics of spool-stem system will have a significant impact on the performance of the valve.Therefore,combined with the theory of fluid dynamics,the analysis of the flow law of the fluid medium in the sleeve valve has important theoretical meaning and practical value in engineering for understanding the flow field characteristics of the sleeve valve and the dynamics of the valve plug-stem system.In this paper,the M221EY-100P16 type sleeve valve is taken as the research object,and its internal flow field and plus-stem system are studied as follows:(1)The computational fluid dynamics model of the sleeve valve in the flow-opening and flow-closing state is established.The flow state of the fluid medium in the valve was simulated in three dimensions under different opening of the plus.The influence of different flow directions on flow-rate characteristics flow and characteristics,the distribution of pressure,velocity and streamline in the valve at different openings are analyzed.The causes and locations of fluid vortex formation and their effects on flow field pressure and pressure loss are explained.(2)The fluid-solid interaction model of flow field-plus-stem system in sleeve valve is established.The variation of hydraulic force of the plus under different opening degrees and the influence of fluid on the natural frequency and mode of vibration of spool-stem system is obtained and the continuous dynamic response was discussed.The dynamic response is discussed to analyze the response of the plus-stem system under different frequency loads.(3)Based on the VBA platform,a software was developed to complete the type selection calculation in the process of control valve selection,effectively helping valve manufacturers to shorten the type selection cycle and improve production efficiency.
