The induction radiation air-conditioning system is the system combined with radiant heat transfer and convective heat transfer.Compared with traditional air conditioning system,the most important features such as energy conservation,high comfortable sensation and hygiene are act out when system used in winter,also quick maintenance and ease of installation are equipped with the system.Therefore,the research on the terminal of the system is of great significance for the later improvement of the technology.Based on the heat transfer theory,theoretical analysis on heat transfer process of traditional flat-form radiation air-conditioning system is done in this article.After that radiative heat transfer model is built through simplified analysis,combined with the terminal correlation characteristics of the radiation induction system,analogy analysis on heat transfer process is done,which result in the quantitative analysis of heat transfer in radiation heat transfer,convection heat transfer and pore heat transfer.Then the relevant situation of the experimental bench setup is introduced in this article,also a brief introduction to each module of the system is shown.The application of some innovative methods in practical experiments is put forward,on this basis,experimental scheme design and measurement scheme selection are introduced.By measuring indoor temperature and air velocity under different working conditions,the variation rules of indoor thermal environment,vertical temperature,return air outlet and horizontal temperature are analyzed.Last but not least,fluent software was used in this paper to carry out computer simulation analysis of the room thermal environment under different radiation heating modes,the effects of different air supply temperature and wind speed on indoor thermal environment were compared and analyzed.The results showed that in radiation-induced terminal operating mode:(1)The SET* produced by the radiation-induced terminal is almost the same as the black sphere temperature,the black bulb temperature is 1.5 degrees hotter than the dry bulb temperature,which bring out better overall comfort than the traditional air-conditioning system.(2)the higher temperature is settled,the temperature difference in the vertical direction of the room is higher.The temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the ground below 1.7m is relatively mild.The temperature difference in the area 0.1~1.1m above the ground has almost no change with the change number of operating stations of the radiant panel.(3)The return air inlet installed on the lower part of the laboratory allows more heat to reach the lower part of the laboratory than the upper part,but integrate the operation of equipment and the actual demand and other factors is needed in the setting of air inlet location.(4)When heating is provided by the terminal,the surrounding walls are heated by the radiant effect of the panel surface and the ceiling as a whole,which let in the uniform indoor temperature distribution,much better than the traditional air conditioning.When the number of radiation-induced terminal operating stations decreased by 1,the room temperature decreased by 0.5~0.8.(5)The small indoor airflow is made by radiation induced thermal radiation at the end and rectified air supply,almost no wind feeling.(6)From the perspective of simulation analysis,under the condition of ensuring the comfort of personnel and energy saving of the system,the temperature of air supply should be kept within a certain range,25 degrees to 27 degrees is best.(7)Indoor air quality can be improved effectively by Increasing wind speed,supply wind speed should be maintained within the range of 0.2m/s-0.5m/s is the most appropriate.The reliability of the radiationinduced terminal is proved by the comparative analysis of simulation and experiment.Some reference and guidance are provided by the research results of this paper,design optimization and popularization of radiation-induced air-conditioning system in the future.
