| As an component of urban space,historic district have accumulated rich culture connotation in the long term development,and are the essence of urban context.However,the massive tearing down the old and building the new in the past has broken the context of historic district and destroyed the cultural environment.With the development of economy,the contradiction between historic district and urban development has been increasing.Although there have been many practices,some problems are still existing.For example,the disappearance of local characteristics,the absence of place spirit,the destruction of cultural context,the lack of landscape space,the congestion of walking environment and so on.The landscape environment of historic district is taken more notice.Landscape,as an integral part of historic district,not only has certain aesthetic value,ecological value and use value,but also is an important carrier for the development and inheritance of the cultural characteristics of historic district.Meanwhile it carries the important functions of leisure and entertainment,sightseeing,traffic guidance,commercial activities,and so on.Therefore,this paper introduced the idea of “Urban Acupuncture”,and took gentle and slow renewal methods to partially "treat" the landscape of historic district seeking to improve the landscape environment of historic district and promote cultural regeneration.Through literature analysis,this paper summarized the relevant research on the protection and renewal of historical district at home and abroad,and understood the general trend of the research on historical district at home and abroad.At the same time,it explored the relevant theory of "urban acupuncture",and understood the formation and development of the theory of "Urban Acupuncture".Besides,this paper applied the concept of "Urban Acupuncture " to the landscape upgrading and cultural regeneration of historic district,studied the landscape problems in historic district and the theory of "Urban Acupuncture" in the landscape upgrading of historic district,and summarized the applicationprinciples and objectives of the theory of "Urban Acupuncture" in the landscape upgrading of historic districts.Furthermore,the paper took the historical district of Shangxiahang in Fuzhou as the research target,clarified the basic situation,historical context and landscape resources of the historical district,and deeply understood the needs and feelings of the citizens and tourists for the historical districts through questionnaires,so as to analyzed the "diseases" existing in the historical district there.Based on the above analysis,this paper put forward the strategy of landscape upgrading of historic district under the concept of "Urban Acupuncture",which included three steps:1.Basic research strategy.2."Acupuncture point" selection strategy.3."Acupuncture point" transformation strategy.Finally,this paper took the historical district of Shangxiahang as an example to prove the landscape upgrading strategy proposed by the disproof of actual case.Through questionnaires,basic research,and based on landscape design elements and landscape function classification,this paper selected the representative "acupuncture points" in historic district of Shangxiahang,namely,building facade,landscape guide,landscape greening and public square,and optimized and designed the four parts,and applied the methods and strategies obtained from theoretical research to practical operation.On the basis of the theory of “Urban Acupuncture” and from the perspective of historical district landscape and culture,this paper combined theory with practice,excavated the landscape characteristics and cultural connotation of historical district,explored the methods of landscape upgrading and cultural regeneration of historical districts,and provided new ideas for the application of the concept of “Urban Acupuncture” in landscape upgrading of historical districts,in order to promote the sustainable development between people and the landscape and culture of historical districts. |
