At 10:41 on May 21,2003,when Huaihua 1528 passenger train bound for Shanghai ran to K379+882 in Tungshupo No.1 Tunnel on Hunan-Guizhou Line,it collided with the illegal monorail car parking in Carbon Trench Works Area of Huaihua Works Section.It continued to run at 10:56,and at 11:12,it departed at K364+930m(Turnout 6)of Dajiangkou Station,the3 rd rear of the train.Two bogies of YZ25G45221 train derailed on three or four wheelsets,and the train stopped at K364+210 on the second lane of the station.After removing the derailed vehicles and re-braiding and hanging them,the train was delayed for 3 hours and 32 minutes,which constituted a major derailment accident for passenger trains.The key cause of this accident is the chaotic management and illegal use of tools and equipment(monorail vehicle)by maintenance personnel.At present,the management of railway maintenance tools and materials mainly depends on manual mode.Due to the lack of information and intelligent management system,the transformation of railway maintenance work to a safe and efficient mode has been seriously restricted.Especially the overhaul work of high-speed railway equipment is arranged at night,the light on the work site is poor,the sight is insufficient,and there are many kinds of tools and instruments used,which easily lead to tool loss,inconvenience to find,and serious potential safety hazards left behind.How to manage maintenance tools accurately and efficiently,grasp the type,quantity and location of maintenance tools in real time,and improve the level of railway maintenance management in China has become an important task that needs to be solved urgently.In view of this actual demand,this research uses low-power Bluetooth(Bluetooth LowEnergy,BLE for short)technology to realize intelligent management system of high-speed rail maintenance tools,which is used to solve the security problems in checking and checking materials and tools needed for high-speed rail signal equipment maintenance.Using this system can make full use of electronic information technology,achieve the integration of tool checking and lost searching,and greatly improve the safety and reliability of field operations.At the same time,the system can check the tools in real time,give alarms in time when the tools are left behind,and determine the location information of the tools lost by BLE technology,quickly and accurately retrieve the lost tools,and completely eliminate the hidden dangers of driving safety caused by tool omission.
