Due to the deepening of economic globalization,and the rapid development of international container shipping,the inseparable ports have become the primary task of national and regional economic development.In order to complete the rapid operation of the port as a transportation hub,it is an inevitable trend of port development to improve the port handling capacity and operation efficiency.Therefore,the port machinery and equipment are developed in the direction of large-scale,high-speed and automation,so that the associated security risks of mechanical equipment have also increased dramatically.In view of the dangerous situation that the container truck is hoisted by mistake because the fixed locks between the container truck and the container are not fully opened in the container loading and unloading operation.There is still no reliable automatic detection scheme in this field.This paper proposes and designs a scheme of the detection system for preventing trucks been hoisted based on Machine vision.The work done in this paper is as follows:1?According to the actual working conditions and project requirements,a system based on machine vision for preventing trucks from been hoisted is designed and built,including the selection and design of industrial camera,camera lens,illumination source,industrial computer and communication module.2?The purpose of this paper is to judge whether the container truck has been lifted by mistake through machine vision.Therefore,it is proposed that the displacement of the truck body can be reflected by the position change of the feature points by detecting the feature points of the truck body,so as to judge whether the truck is lifted by mistake.The main technological innovation of this paper is to simplify the selection of image ROI by installing the camera at a specific height.In view of the unsatisfactory and uncontrollable results of gray histogram equalization,an adaptive histogram equalization algorithm with contrast limitation is adopted.Finally,the classical ORB algorithm is optimized and improved to make it more consistent.Requirements for joint projects.3?The software system for vision-based detection is developed.After conducting a full user demand survey,based on Qt framework,the image processing algorithm is realized by calling OpenCV function library in C++,and the functions to be achieved are modularized,finally the software system consisting of six functional modules and they are image acquisition control,image processing,image display,database record query,software encryption,and system fault detection and recovery.4?On-site experiments of detection systems have been carried out in various ports in China and the testing system has been continuously optimized and adjusted according to the experimental results,and finally achieving good detection results under various working environments and complicated working conditions which has played the role of danger warning in advance and timely termination of hoisting.It has also been recognized by the relevant technical personnel of the port and has great use value for realizing safe production at the port.
