With the community's substantial increase in energy demand,it is so necessary to research the renewable fuels instead.ABE fuel as a biobutanol upstream product is a renewable resource.ABE fuel has a lower price,ABE fuel blends with gasoline has a better use effect.So far,gasoline is the most widely used engine fuel and cannot be replaced in a short time.Therefore,gasoline blending ABE fuel is a practical way in the moment.It is essential to make a research of the gasoline-ABE mixture fuels.In order to exploit its combustion mechanization,using high-speed schlieren photography,the burning properties of ABE and gasoline-ABE mixture fuels propagating spherical laminar premixed flame were researched in a constant volume combustion bomb at different equivalence ratio(0.8-1.6)and different proportions of component.MATLAB is a key tool to analyze the pictures and grasp the radius of the spherical flame.Then analyses and compares several important parameters that characterize the flame combustion characteristics such as flame propagation rate,laminar combustion rate,Markstein length,etc.Then,the influence of laminar flame burning on the chemical reaction kinetics was analyzed by CHEMKIN software.The results show that the flame laminar combustion rate increases first and then decreases with the increase of the equivalent ratio.For single-component fuel laminar flame,acetone laminar flame burning rate is minimal,flame stability is poor.For the laminar flame of the three components,the laminar flame velocity decreases gradually with the increase of the amount of acetone.For ABE mixed with gasoline blends,the ABE can be used to increase the laminar combustion rate of gasoline fuels and when the equivalents are relatively large or smaller,this kind of promotion is more obvious.The results of CHEMKIN software show that the concentration of free radicals plays a decisive role in the process of laminar combustion flame reaction,and the higher the free radical concentration,the faster the reaction is carried out.The structure of the molecule has a certain impact on the reaction process,the more stable the molecular structure,the more difficult to proceed smoothly.
