With China’s vigorous development of transportation,the corrugated steel web PC composite box girder bridge is widely used in deep trenches and other areas.The terrain of the mountain canyon is complex,and the wind field of the canyon is disturbed by the terrain,which will form a canyon wind effect.The turbulent component of the natural wind will cause wind-induced buffeting of the structure.The PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel web has low stiffness during construction,and is susceptible to fatigue damage or even structural damage due to wind load.Therefore,when the corrugated steel web is subjected to the average wind and the pulsating wind during the construction period,it is necessary to study the wind load and wind-induced response of the structure.In this paper,the Rouge River Bridge is taken as the research object.The pulsating wind field of the canyon is simulated by Matlab software.The surface wind load of the corrugated steel web is simulated in Fluent,and the response of the steel web to static load and dynamic load is calculated by Midas software.the study.mainly includes:1.Based on the harmonic synthesis method to simulate the fluctuating wind field of the yanzhihe gorge,the fluctuating wind speed of the cantilever section of the main girder of the bridge is obtained,and the power spectrum and target spectrum of the fluctuating wind speed are compared,which proves that the simulation of the fluctuating wind speed by the harmonic synthesis method meets the calculation requirements.2.The terrain data model of the Rouge River Canyon was obtained by using the geographic data software such as Globalmapper and Imageware.The wind field under the canyon terrain was simulated by CFD software.The Realizable k-? turbulence model was used to simulate the distribution of wind pressure and wind speed on the surface of the canyon and the canyon wind during the construction period of the bridge.The surface wind load during the construction period of the steel web is calculated when the corrugated steel web is subjected to the average wind and the pulsating wind.3.The model of corrugated steel web was established by Midas software,and the calculated static wind load was applied to the model to obtain the response of the corrugated steel web under static wind load.The pulsating load obtained by thesimulated pulsating wind is applied to the model,and the buffeting response of the corrugated steel web in the construction stage is obtained. |
