With the gradual establishment and improvement of China's socialist market economy system and its rise to the basic economic system at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the pace of the country's expansion of opening-up and participation in global competition will become larger and faster.One of the important characteristics of market economy is that all kinds of market subjects obtain economic benefits and market share through market competition,which is the internal power for the existence and operation of market economy.There are many forms and dimensions of competition among enterprises,but the combination is still the competition of human resources.Staff training is an important means to improve the overall quality of human resources,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.CREG company is an equipment manufacturing enterprise,which is responsible for the "three transformations" from manufacturing to creation,from high-speed development to high-quality development,and from product to brand.With the development and expansion of the company,various management systems and rules and regulations are constantly built and improved,and the company pays more and more attention to employee training,and more and more attention and resources are invested.But because there is no systematic construction of enterprise staff training system,the overall level of training work is relatively backward,and the quality and effect of training are difficult to guarantee.How to build,perfect and optimize the staff training system and improve the quality and effect of staff training is an important challenge and one of the problems that CREG company must solve in the process of rapid development.Based on the literature review at home and abroad,this paper defines the basic concept of employee training system,and under the guidance of relevant training theories,with the methods of literature research,investigation,case study and qualitative analysis,combined with the current situation of employee training in CREG company,from the organizational structure,rules and regulations,lecturer allocation,curriculum resources and work processes The problems and deficiencies in CREG's staff training work are investigated,summarized,summarized and analyzed.The overall objectives and basic principles of optimizing the staff training system are put forward.The training system is designed from five aspects: optimizing the training organization system,improving the training system,establishing the training instructor system,building the training course system and improving the training process system The overall plan and implementation of safeguard measures provide the implementation path and reference basis for the improvement of the company's staff training level.Through the research of this paper,I hope to optimize the existing employee training system of the company,help improve the quality and effect of the company's employee training,and provide reference for other enterprises of the same type and level to carry out employee training.
