In our country,high-rise buildings are not uncommon.For the purpose of pursuing design art and styling,and achieving the goal of complicating,changing,and diversifying the structure,designers have also built many irregularly shaped buildings with unique layouts.However,a large number of reports of building damage after earthquake damage indicate that the irregular structures of planes are far away from the center of mass and rigidity,which makes the structure torsion larger under the action of earthquakes and causes more serious damage.The purpose of this article is to discuss how the irregular structure of plane layout can be strengthened by reasonable structural layout and components,so that it can have better seismic performance under the action of small earthquakes,middle earthquakes and even large earthquakes.The first part of the paper introduces the design and research status of the irregular structure of the plane layout,elaborates the regulations of different countries for such buildings,and then the torsional damage mechanism of the structure and several methods of torsional treatment for reducing the irregular structure Make a narrative.After describing some commonly used calculation methods of earthquake action,an example of irregular layout of a zigzag plane is selected to analyze its response under earthquake action from period ratio,vertex displacement,interlayer displacement angle,and position of plastic hinge.It can be seen from the calculation results that although the performance indicators of this structure all meet the limits specified in the specifications,the coefficients such as the cycle ratio are relatively close to the specifications.In order to make the structure layout more reasonable,look for other reinforcement methods to improve the seismic performance of the structure.In the past,anti-seismic joints were mostly used for the treatment of such structures,and this method is also simulated in this paper.After summarizing the comparison of the provisions of the national regulations on seismic joints and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of seismic joints,three common collision reactions are discussed,which are the structure of equal height and height,the structure of uneven height and the number of floors and the number of floors.Unequal structure.The results show that when the storey height and the number of storeys are not equal,the structure reacts the most violently due to the occurrence of column damage,so such damage should be avoided in the design.From the analysis of the structure of anti-seismic joints and the construction of shear walls,for the zigzag structure,the anti-seismic joints can be divided into regular buildings and can not improve the seismic performance of the structure.With the shear wall,the period ratio of the structure is reduced from 0.89 to 0.65,the mass participation coefficient of the translational formation is significantly increased,and the floor displacement and the inter-floor displacement angle are both reduced.According to the results of elastoplastic and time-history analysis,the setting of shear walls can more effectively improve the lateral rigidity of the structure and reduce the seismic response of the structure.
