As the development of the construction industry gradually tends to scale,informatization and ecology,the traditional architectural design,construction and management methods are gradually replaced.Among them,BIM technology is the most important informatization technology in the construction industry,and its importance is increasing.This year,the assembly technology developed by relying on BIM and other informatization methods is developing from the main body of the building to the various systems of the building.At this stage,China’s pipeline factory prefabrication has developed from industrialized pipeline engineering to pipeline engineering,and has gradually matured.At this stage,there are already engineering examples of assembly construction of refrigeration equipment rooms,and the industrialization of electromechanical equipment systems has become a general trend.This article will proceed from a design perspective,based on the most commonly used Revit platform of BIM technology to meet the technical requirements of prefabricated construction,study the design separation of refrigeration equipment rooms for prefabricated construction,and propose a model that includes deepening design and model,separation and separation models.The standardized model separation method based on BIM technology the specific research work is as follows:First,based on the requirements of assembly technology for model accuracy,based on the cluster for refrigeration equipment room,complete the BIM design of the refrigeration equipment room,propose model accuracy control methods and deepening design principles to ensure that the BIM model meets the requirements of assembly construction;Second,based on the summary of engineering experience,put forward the principle of separation the BIM model of the refrigeration equipment room,complete the development of the prefabricated component library,and establish a prefabricated component library to establish a complete prefabricated model separation process;Third,based on factory processing needs and on-site assembly needs,a drawing method for the BIM separation model of the refrigeration equipment room,a naming principle for the assembly unit and a drawing design for the pre-made separation model are proposed,and a standardized drawing process is proposed.Finally,taking a large-scale public building refrigeration separation room as an example,the BIM design and separation model based on the cluster were completed,and a full set of assembly drawings were completed to achieve the establishment of the prefabricated model of the project.In summary,this paper introduces the concept of building model into electromechanical equipment systems,establishes a HVAC system module system with a refrigeration room as an example,establishes a standardized model separation and drawing method,and deepens the design and construction of a BIM air conditioning refrigeration equipment room.The model fully demonstrates the combination of prefabricated and separation air-conditioning and refrigeration rooms.The size of the refrigeration equipment module is confirmed on the spot,and the prefabricated processing is completed at the factory according to the size of the equipment module confirmed by the model.Only the assembly of the prefabricated components is required on site.The research in this paper will be of great value in promoting the widespread application of assembly technology in electromechanical equipment systems.
