With the rapid development of the Internet,a number of new industries continue to rise.The gradual integration of the traditional automobile industry and the Internet promotes the rapid development of the Internet of vehicles industry.The Internet of vehicles connects cars to form a car network,which is connected with the Internet through the car network.Under the condition that the car and workshop,the Internet and the Internet follow a unified agreement,the data interconnection among people,cars,roads and clouds is realized.It can provide the driver with the current road condition information,vehicle information and surrounding vehicle information in real time,effectively improve the safety in the driving process,and lay a good foundation for the realization of intelligent vehicles and intelligent transportation functions.With the change of vehicle route,the Internet of vehicles will form a network environment in which multiple network structures coexist.However,the resources of wireless network are always limited.The growing business demand and the number of access users will make the network resources face severe challenges.In this way,how to maximize the use of existing wireless network resources,improve the number of network access users has become an urgent problem.The wireless resource management in the heterogeneous network convergence environment mainly includes: expanding the overall coverage area of the network,increasing the system capacity,making full use of the network resources,increasing the service level;minimizing the network switching delay,selecting the best network,etc.With the continuous change of communication equipment and communication mode,network services are also increasing.The on-board network service can be divided into the safe service related to the safe driving of vehicles and the non-safety service not related to the safe driving of vehicles.In the process of vehicle driving,if the non-safety service is preferentially connected to the optimal network,it will seize the communication resources of the safety service,resulting in the safety service accessing to the network with poor performance or even unable to access to the network,and finally causing the communication interruption between vehicles,thus causing traffic accidents.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes a centralized joint radio resource management algorithm based on service priority.On the basis of centralized joint radio resource management,the priority of service is divided,and the security service is divided into high priority to ensure that the high priority service can access the network first.Moreover,in this paper,the problem of joint power control and spectrum sharing in V2 X communication network based on LTE-U technology is studied.According to the service and access categories of vehicle user equipment,it is divided into safe vehicle user equipment and non-safety vehicle user equipment.In order to solve the common problems of spectrum allocation,power control and spectrum sharing,this paper proposes a resource allocation strategy to ensure the fair coexistence between users.Each periodic access interval on the unlicensed spectrum is divided into two periods: competitive period(CP)duration and non-competitive period(CFP)duration.Based on this framework,the goal is to maximize the throughput of cellular user devices and non-safety devices.Therefore,this paper proposes a three-step decomposition scheme based on interior point method and matching algorithm.By reducing the complexity of calculation,the sum rate of states of statistical channel state information is evaluated.
