With the escalation of consumption and the gradual liberalization of foreign equity ratios in the future,the future development of China's independent auto companies will face severe challenges.The research on Hongqi HX5 models in this article will help China FAW Group implement appropriate marketing strategies,provide reference for its commercial activities,and help achieve sales goals.This article takes the Hongqi brand new product HX5 model as the research object,by consulting the literature,collecting market data,interviewing internal personnel of the company,comparing the marketing strategies of the first-line luxury brand companies,analyzing the current Hongqi HX5 models in product,price,channel,and promotion.Existing problems and reasons;the impact of future macro and micro environments on the sales of Hongqi HX5 models;and how the Hongqi HX5 models use differentiated competition to gain a competitive advantage in the B-class luxury SUV segment.The research results show that:(1)Hongqi HX5 products are highly competitive,but they have a small number of sales channels,a narrow range of radiation,inadequate promotional activities,poor service experience,and inability to continue to promote sales;(2)National policy support for independent businesses It brings continuous momentum,but in the future,factors such as the development of new energy,the updating and iteration of intelligent network connectivity functions,future changes in policies,and changes in the social environment will also bring uncertainty and challenges to its development;(3)B SUV camp is the primary market segment.Therefore,focusing on market segmentation,creating product core selling points,expanding online and offline sales channels,improving after-sales service systems,conducting continuous event marketing,strengthening cooperation with large automotive media and e-commerce,and implementing marketing strategy guarantees for HX5 models Marketing advice.
