An unmanned ship is a new type of unmanned equipment for autonomous navigation on the surface of the water according to its mission.Its power technology is the focus that determines its navigation range and working ability.The engines of unmanned ships are diesel engines or electric motors,but both methods have drawbacks.Hybrid technology is a power technology that uses two or more energy forms.It has both the advantages of the energy form used and a new technology that overcomes the shortcomings of traditional energy sources.However,it is a hybrid power applied to unmanned ships.There are few technologies,and the power management system of the unmanned ship hybrid power system is one of the important components.However,due to the research cost of the unmanned ship and the requirements of the water area of the ship,the power management system of the unmanned ship can only be used in The simulation in the computer system lacks technical support for practical applications,and there is no feasible application to the power management system of hybrid unmanned ships.According to the actual needs of the project,this article has fully analyzed the research status and applications of unmanned ship technology,new energy technology and hybrid power technology.It adopts engineering thinking that combines theory with practice and integrates multiple systems.The module division,circuit design and prototype research and development have completed the oil-electric hybrid unmanned ship power management system.The power management system is a power converter including a 220 V / 24 V AC / DC converter,a 24 V / 24 V three-port DC / DC converter,and a 220 V AC generator interface and a 24 V DC motor power supply interface.The coordinated work among batteries,batteries,and thrusters to achieve the conversion of chemical energy,mechanical energy and electrical energy has the characteristics of high energy density and high efficiency.Aiming at the problem that the weight of the battery that can meet the range's demand power used by the high-speed,large-range unmanned electric propulsion exceeds the load of the unmanned ship,the fossil fuel with a higher energy density is used to realize the unmanned ship carrying electric energy carrier The miniaturization of volume and weight,the use of generators to transform the energy contained in fossil fuels and transfer them to the unmanned ship control system,power system,and communication system through the power management system,achieving the goal of electrification of the entire ship,improving the Unmanned Voyage.Using the characteristics of the generator's engine always working at its optimum speed range,the purpose of improving range is reduced while pollution and noise are reduced.This thesis introduces the technology used in the power management system of hybrid unmanned ship and its internal circuit,and designs a power management system with high energy density,large range,low pollution and low emissions.The test results show that the designed power management system and the prototype produced can basically meet the navigation needs of unmanned ships,and can reduce noise pollution and exhaust emissions through the use of a combination of multiple energy sources,which is the future development of hybrid power systems for unmanned ships.Provide an effective hybrid power system solution with hybrid unmanned ships using other new energy.
