Pneumatic transmission,as a clean transmission mode,is widely used in various industries.Jet vacuum generator,as a kind of pneumatic transmission device,has the characteristics of simple structure,compact size,long service life,fast vacuum generation and release,and plays a significant role in the handling of small,light and fragile objects.However,the current jet vacuum generator has high energy consumption due to its structural characteristics and continuous air supply mode.Nowadays,advocating energy-saving and green development,it is of great practical significance to study the throttling efficiency of jet vacuum generator.In this paper,the efficiency enhancement of jetting vacuum generator is designed and studied mainly from the microporous throat structure and the size and mode of inlet pressure.The main work including:(1)On the basis of the basic functions of vacuum generator,the simulation model and experimental model of vacuum generator are established and the correctness of the simulation model is verified;(2)Design and layout the microporous throat structure reasonably,and planning the size and mode of inlet pressure;(3)With fluent software,the influence of microporous throat structure and the size and modulated pulse mode of the inlet pressure to the performance of vacuum generator are simulated and analyzed;(4)According to the conditions of the laboratory,the influence of the size and the form of the pulse of the inlet pressure on vacuum generator's performance is analyzed experimentally,and the non-constant inlet pressure of the pulse form is compared with the constant inlet pressure.The results show that the microporous throat structure only affects the limited area at the junction of throat and micropore,and it has little effect on the performance of vacuum generator;There are different optimal constant inlet pressure,which make the entrainment rate and vacuum degree of vacuum generator to the highest;By the simulate analysis and experimental analysis of pulse-type inlet pressure,it is found that under the same inlet flow rate,pulse-type inlet pressure can achieve greater entrainment ratio and vacuum degree than constant,and play the purpose of saving gas and increasing efficiency.
