As an advanced plastic forming process,fine-blanking forming has been widely used in the fields of automobile,machinery,electrical,military and other fields due to its high quality,high precision and high efficiency.With the increasingly fierce competition in the fine-blanking market,the development of high-speed fine-blanking machines has become a research hotspot of fine-blanking technology.Compared with the hydraulic fine-blanking machine,the mechanical fine-blanking machine has the advantages of high speed and high precision.The research of mechanical high-speed fine-blanking press in China stays at the early stage.A new type of double-servo transmission mechanism is applied to the fine-blanking machine,and the research on the drive control of the two-degree-of-freedom high-speed mechanical servo fine punching machine is carried out in this paper,which provides theoretical guidance for the design of the new generation fine blanking machine in our country.At first,this paper analyzes the mathematical model of the main transmission system of the fine blanking press by analytical method.The kinematic parameter of each movement components is analyzed from the point of view of kinematic theory.And two methods of building transmission system dynamic model are discussed in the paper.In the first method,the transmission mechanism is treated as a holistic system to calculate the system kinetic energy and gravitational potential energy and then the Lagrange equation is built.In the second method,the transmission mechanism is virtually cut into two serial mechanisms,and then the system Lagrange equation is built by eliminating the closed chain binding based on the two serial mechanism Lagrange equations.In addition,the simplified mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was established.Then the preliminary system design is carried out for the two DOF high-speed mechanical servo fine blanking press mechanism system,the two servo motors are selected according to the calculation and simulation result.Based on the analysis of the load characteristics and the fine-blanking technological requirements,a new type of double motor position loop control strategy is proposed to ensure the reasonable torque distribution and circulation work.Based on the analysis of the load fluctuation interference on the motor speed,the speed loop torque control strategy of feed-forward compensation is proposed to improve the speed stability.Two kinds of feed-forward compensation control strategy are analyzed.One is based on state observer and the other is based on dynamic equation.The simulation analysis show that the designed control strategy can effectively realize that the two motors of the fine blanking main transmission mechanism do good cooperative work,and the motor dynamic characteristic can be effectively improved.Finally,the overall system hardware design is carried out.The preliminary selection of the main components is analyzed,which provides guidance for mechanical servo fine blanking press hardware design.
