| China is one of the countries with the most developed karst in the world.Karst landform is widely distributed in our country.With the rapid development of economy and society and the expansion of cities,there are more and more highway and bridge construction projects located in the karst area.However,the development of karst under the surface is often relatively hidden,and the distribution and size of underground karst caves are difficult to accurately estimate.Bridge engineering construction has brought great difficulties,so that in the process of highway bridge pile foundation construction,there are often construction accidents such as inclined pile,sticking drill,collapsing hole,expanding hole,burying drill,even breaking pile,which bring great construction cost,time cost and great hidden danger of safety risk to bridge construction.In order to make the construction project of highway and bridge successfully completed in karst area,the engineering geological survey in karst area,the construction technology of bridge pile foundation passing through karst cave area and the analysis of factors affecting the quality of pile foundation,more and more experts and scholars are paying attention to it.All sectors of society are constantly strengthening the research on geological survey methods in karst area and constantly optimizing the construction technology of bridge pile foundation in karst area.In order to avoid the adverse effects of karst geological problems on highway bridge construction and ensure the smooth progress of engineering construction.This paper mainly relies on the engineering geological investigation,pile foundation construction implementation and relevant analysis of the factors affecting the quality of pile foundation of the reconstruction project of Tanbu bridge in Guanghua basin,a karst development area.Through the theoretical analysis of the drilling technology,pipe wave detection technology,geological CT technology,etc.in the engineering geological investigation stage,combined with the drilling method and pipe wave detection method in carbon.Through the research and comparative analysis of the construction technology of manual hole digging pile and drilling(punching)hole filling pile,combined with the practical application effect of drilling(punching)hole filling pile construction technology in the reconstruction project of carbonbu bridge,as well as the pile foundation construction process of carbonbu bridge reconstruction project Based on the analysis and research of the karst accident,the paper puts forward the relevant discussion of the karst accident and the pile foundation construction in the karst cave area;through the practical application of the ultrasonic transmission detection technology inthe reconstruction project of the Tanbu bridge,and the analysis and research of the pile foundation detection results,the relevant accident conditions in the pile foundation construction process are linked,and the relevant factors affecting the pile foundation quality are summarized.In a word,this paper is based on the implementation of the reconstruction project of Tanbu bridge,and the related research and application results of the geological survey,bridge pile foundation construction and the factors affecting the quality of bridge pile foundation in the karst area,which provides a reference for the smooth implementation of the reconstruction project of Tanbu bridge and the construction of bridge pile foundation in the same kind of complex karst area,as well as for the research and application expansion of engineering technicians in this field.For reference. |
