Cable-stayed bridge is a statically indeterminate structure,the internal force and linear state of the bridge are closely related to the construction process.During the construction process,every construction stage must be monitored to reduce or eliminate the influence of construction deviation and ensure the internal force and linear shape of the structure within the controllable range.This paper takes a swivel cable-stayed bridge with single tower and double cable planes as the engineering background,mainly describes the general situation of the development of swivel construction,construction technology and various components of the swivel system.The finite element software Midas/Civil was used to simulate and analyze the bridge,and the linear form,stress and cable force of the corresponding stage were obtained through the simulation construction stage,so as to evaluate the stress and linear form of the bridge in the construction process.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)By investigating a large number of documents about the construction control of cable-stayed Bridges,this paper summarizes the theory of the construction control of the swivel cable-stayed Bridges,introduces the length?the tonnage and the angle of the revolver,and summarizes the purpose and significance of the construction control of the bridge.(2)The engineering characteristics and general situation of a single tower and double cable plane cable-stayed bridge are introduced in detail,and the key technologies for the construction control of the prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge are studied,including the research on the parameters of the swivel device,the analysis of the wind speed of t the revolver,the weighing of the revolver and so on.(3)Based on the general situation of the project,the structural components,loads and boundary conditions were reasonably simulated,and the construction stages were divided according to the actual construction sequence.Midas/Civil was used to establish a 3D model of formal analysis space to simulate the whole construction process of the bridge,and the linear form,cable force and stress of the main construction stages were analyzed.(4)Combining with the measured data of the main beam elevation,axis,cable force and stress,and comparing with the theoretical calculation value,the error value of the main construction stage is obtained,and compared with the allowable value specified in the specification,so as to be reasonable evaluate the accuracy of construction controls.(5)Combined with the above research results,reasonable suggestions for the construction control of the single tower double cable plane swivel cable-stayed bridge are proposed.
