As a fast and convenient way of traveling,the subway is accelerating in the development of big cities in China,and the energy consumption problem is caused.Since most subway stations are underground,the energy consumption of subway stations is in the whole energy consumption of subway stations.It has a large proportion,and the lighting energy saving of subway stations has important practical significance for reducing the operating cost of subway stations.This paper takes the subway station lighting system as the research object,and reduces the lighting energy consumption of the subway station.The research on energy saving of the subway station lighting control system based on passenger flow prediction is carried out,and the following work is completed:(1)Short-term passenger flow forecast for subway stations.Based on the deep learning theory,a deep belief network model composed of multi-layer constrained Boltzmann machines and BP networks is designed and implemented.The parameters are fine-tuned based on the deep belief network model.The experimental results show that the model can be effective.Predict the short-term passenger flow of the subway station.(2)Design and implementation of lighting control system for subway stations.The hardware part is based on STM32F103 ZE processor,and the minimum system,serial communication,lighting circuit,relay control circuit and other modules are designed.The software part is programmed and debugged by Keil MDK software.The main program of the control system and data transmission are designed.The lighting systemadjustment module realizes the lighting control system that adjusts the illumination intensity of the subway station according to the passenger flow.(3)Verification of the energy-saving effect of the subway station lighting control system.Using DIALux software to simulate and simulate the lighting system of the subway station,MATLAB software is used to calculate the energy consumption of the lighting system of the current subway station and the energy consumption of the lighting control system with the illumination of the design.According to the simulation experiment and calculation results,it is fully verified that the energy saving effect of the subway station lighting control system based on passenger flow prediction is verified,and the goal of reducing the lighting energy consumption of the subway station is achieved.
