The main function of air-conditioning is to adjust the indoor temperature to meet the needs of people for indoor thermal environment.In public buildings,when the number of people in the air-conditioned room changes greatly,the indoor temperature does not change immediately due to the influence of the thermal inertia of the air,but the indoor temperature will rise or fall after a period of delay.At this time,the air-conditioning control system performs automatic adjustment to control the indoor temperature according to the parameters detected by the sensors.However,due to the thermal inertia of the air and the inherent hysteresis of the system,the entire control process causes the system to lag behind the temperature control,causing indoor people to feel uncomfortable or waste energy.In this paper,the variable air volume air-conditioning system indoor temperature control method based on image processing technology is proposed.The research aims to count the number of people in the room by detecting indoor faces.Then,the load changes in the air-conditioning room are determined quickly and the indoor temperature is tracked in time.The temperature lag that occurs when system changes greatly due to the large change of people is improved.The main research work is as follows:1)The current number of people in the room is determined using image processing technology to detect the face of indoor people.A new DM-Adaboost face detection method is proposed to deal with the problem of low face detection rate for traditional Adaboost algorithm.It combines the extended Haar feature and the improved Adaboost algorithm.At the same time,a sample library that meets the research needs is produced for the research environment.The experimental results show that the DM-Adaboost algorithm has a certain improvement on the indoor face detection compared with the traditional Adaboost and SVM.2)A terminal air volume control strategy and a variable static pressure control strategy based on image processing are proposed.The proposed two control strategies are combined with the traditional terminal control method to form a combined variable static pressure-terminal air volume feedforward control method based on image processing.The simulation research on the pressure-independent terminal volume control system based on image processing is carried out.The simulation results show that the temperature lag of the system can be effectively improved.3)Modules of the number of people detection,personnel load calculation,TSAV terminal air supply,VSP variable static pressure and variable static pressure-terminal air volume feedforward joint control module based on image processing are developed.The integration of air conditioning system and image processing system is realized on the LabVIEW platform.Experimental study on the proposed pressure independent terminal air volume feedforward control method based on image processing is carried out.The results show that compared with traditional control methods the feedforward control method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the temperature regulation lag problem.And the indoor temperature can be timely tracked and controlled.
