Contemporary China is in a golden period of rapid development,the development of aerospace industry is always an important link in the process of China's development.A new type of vestibular function training swivel chair is designed and optimizated on the base of previous generation of vestibular function training swivel chair in this thesis.Compared with planar mechanism,the spatial mechanism is difficult to use the trial-and-error method and plotting method,which are used in the design of planar mechanism to work.Furthermore,the design of spatial mechanism is more difficult because it needs to use the direction cosine matrix and quaternion method.The design and optimization of space mechanism are studied in this thesis,according to the kinematic characteristics of spherical RRRR mechanism the space mechanism are designed and simulated in UG.The crank rocker is changed into rack to make the mechanism meet the motion requirement of the device.Therefore,the training device can perform the three-dimensional composite rotation under the driving of the mechanism's rotary actuation.Finally.Through the study of the ANSYS finite element software,the vestibular function training swivel chair gets optimizated.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the motion characteristics of the spherical-four-bar-mechanism and the degree of freedom of the spatial mechanism were being discussed using conventional analysis method of motion and the latest degree of freedom analysis method,which validated the feasibility of using this mechanism to design training devices.Next,through learning the layout of the traditional RRRR mechanism,the mechanical structure model of vestibular function training of the proposed chair are discussed.In the use of UG simulation as the basis of the case,the stress statues of menber bar gets knowed.Then,the experiment was carried out by the vestibular function training swivel chair,two important flaws was found.The importance of flat steel bars is discussed in this thesis.At lasst,the optimized structure of the mechanism will be obtained,based on the learning of the ANSYS finite element software based on the comparison of two kinds of steel and steel mesh and the spatial mechanism of the spatial mechanism changes in the direction of motion.This thesis is based on the vestibular training chair RRRR mechanism on the design,compared with the traditional vestibular training chair,the optimization of the vestibular training can also swivel three axis of rotation and translation in the premise of single driven advantage.With UG on the changes of force mechanism in motion records,analysis of different components of the grid and ANSYS bar structure to optimize the vestibular function training swivel chair.
