The energy consumption of building becomes increasingly prominent for the development of national economy and daily life and work of people.Building energy-saving is a very important issue.The enclosure structure of building is the most important part of building energy consumption,which is necessary for building energy-saving to be solved.As an ideal wall insulation technology,the wall self-insulation technology has advantages of low cost,convenient construction,small security threat,and the ability to reduce weight of building among many thermal insulation technologies.The gradual improvement of standard of building energy-saving puts higher requirement on the thermal insulation performance of building walls.It is also necessary to optimize the structure parameters of bricks in addition to application of thermal insulation materials with excellent thermal performance,which improves its own thermal performance.A two-dimensional hollow brick is designed on the basis of the one-dimensional hollow brick and the characteristics of energy-saving are studied in the paper.The software is used to simulate the heat transfer process inside one-dimensional hollow brick.The results show that three heat transfer modes have influence on heat transfer of the brick and it is found that filling insulation material in the cavity of brick can reduce heat flux.The two-dimensional hollow brick is simulated and the results are compared with one-dimensional hollow brick under the same condition.It is found that the horizontal holes have influence on temperature distribution of brick and the heat flux is about 1.76% lower than that of the one-dimensional hollow brick.The factors of equivalent thermal conductivity of the two-dimensional hollow brick are explored and temperature difference between the two sides of the brick wall and size of the horizontal hole are found.The mechanical and thermal properties of bricks with different horizontal hole shapes and the optimal hole type is an elliptical hole with a long semi-axis of 80 mm and short semi-axis of 20 mm according to the results of the two aspects of performance.The scheme of thermal insulation of wall with one-dimensional and two-dimensional hollow brick is designed.And the results show that the scheme of external insulation with two-dimensional hollow brick and polyurethane foam is the best proposal.The production system of the two-dimensional hollow brick is explored and the problem of hole process of the two-dimensional hollow brick is solved by the mold system and the machining process.And it is found that the utilization of the hole in the second dimension with appliance can transport the brick rapidly,which can improve the operation efficiency.
