Mass spectrometry can provide more material information in material detection and identification,and it has a high sensitivit y.It plays a key role in all areas of human life now,and it becomes a part of anal ytical instruments At the same time,the development of mass spectrometry technology has also promoted an y other sub jects.The working principle of the mass spectrometer determines that the core components(mass anal yzer and detector)need to work under low pressure.Therefore,the design of the vacuum s ystem of the mass spectrometer is the basis of the research the mas s spectrometer.In this paper,the protot ype of the secondary miniature mass spectrometer Vacuum s ystem research and design,the research ideas are divided into four parts:1)set up a set of ion trap mass spectrometry platform,the platform for vacuum s ys tem testing and anal ysis.2)The principle of the multi-stage vacuum s ystem,the state model and calculation of the gas along the flow conductance,and the design of the secondary vacuum s ystem are studied.3)test the vacuum system pressure,power consumption and the detection of samples,anal ysis of ion transport efficiency changes.4)On this basis,a new mass spectrometer was designed.In this paper,the vacuum s ystem of the mass spectrometer is researched and designed from the principle of vacuu m s ystem.The experimental results show that when the discontinuous sampling interface(DAP I)is connected with the secondary cavit y and the low power pump,the ion transport efficiency can be improved and reduce the power consumption of the instrument.
