With the development of new energy bus,the EMC performance is becoming more and more important.With the high current,high voltage electric components,such as the electromagnetic disturbance produced by the new energy bus is much more than traditional buses.The thesis does a research on pure electric bus high voltage power integrated controller,This paper analyzes the cause of the internal interference of the pure electric bus high-voltage power integrated controller.Building the main interferon source in high voltage power integrated controller equivalent circuit.Adopt electromagnetic emission test method,obtained the influence characteristics of the main drive motor torque and rotational speed variation on the electromagnetic interference of the system.The main content of this article contains :(1)The mechanism of electromagnetic interference of high voltage power integrated controller was studied and the influencing factors were analyzed..(2)Set up the main interference sources of high voltage power integrated controller common mode jamming and differential mode interference equivalent circuit.(3)Using electromagnetic emission test method,this paper verifies the influence characteristics of the main drive motor torque and rotational speed variation on the electromagnetic interference of the system.(4)The test method of GB/T18387 and GB14023 is carried out to test the pure electric bus with high voltage power integrated controller,and determine the main influence frequency of the controller on the pure electric bus.(5)Put forward a integrated inhibition method of the electromagnetic interference caused by the power switch device of a pure electric bus high voltage power integrated controller.The effectiveness of the combined inhibition method is verified through the component and the electromagnetic compatibility test of the pure electric bus.
