Abstract/Summary:
As an important branch of new energy vehicles,pure electric bus has been developed rapidly in recent years.With the promotion of national policy and the joint efforts of enterprises,universities and research institutes,the pure electric bus has many distinctive technical routes.The complete vehicle structure design needs to seek balance in different technical routes,strict laws and regulations,and the industrial policies with the times.In engineering practice,we often use CAE technology to select the best scheme to improve the success rate of product development.This paper takes the development of a distributed driven pure electric bus as the background,and takes CAE analysis of the whole vehicle structure as the research content.Combing the restriction conditions of product design,the main key parameters of pure electric bus are analyzed,the relationship between vehicle energy consumption and vehicle quality is obtained,and the design parameters and structure weight design target of the vehicle are confirmed.Combined with the design goal,this paper focuses on the overall vehicle layout scheme to do a comparative study,analysis of advantages and disadvantages.After determining the total layout of the whole vehicle,expand the detailed design of the chassis and body structure.Combined with the characteristics of the weight distribution of vehicle parts,the materials and sections used in structural design are discussed.The choice of different design schemes,the application of CAE technology to the candidate scheme to apply the same boundary conditions,to make the qualitative analysis of stress and strain.After the completion of the three-dimensional design model,import Hyperworks for pretreatment,loading,solution and post-processing.According to CAE analysis results,the position of optimization is determined.Then taking the optimal weight as the target,the design changes of the whole bus structure are analyzed,and the iterative analysis is carried out.In the process,it focuses on the vehicle energy system,suspension system,frame and roof frame weight reduction program,combined with typical operating and extreme conditions to evaluate the feasibility of the structure.The results show that,based on the configuration of distributed drive system,the whole vehicle structure scheme obtained by CAE technology can meet the restriction conditions of the design of pure electric bus.Compared with the centralized drive city bus,the curb weight is 14.2 % lower,and the lightweight effect is remarkable.
